We popped in late just for dessert. It was amazing! Will definitely return for a full meal sometime soon!

The atmosphere is odd, the appetizer, we had were tacos, a unique blend of randomness. Wouldn't recommend for the average person with a good pallette. Service was slow with not many people in the restaurant. Not worth it.

The menu and food are spectacular. The elk was perfectly cooked. I’ve been here twice and the food was great both times.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary. It was nearly empty but began to fill up quickly after we arrived. Service was friendly and efficient, and the various wines I tried were amazing. The trouble came with the food. My husband ordered the elk, and the venison carpaccio was delicious. The duck and Orzo Paella were incredibly bland both it taste and appearance. The duck tasted like boiled chicken with no seasoning. I picked the seafood out of the paella, as that was the only edible part. We might be back if the menu changes, but the chef left us wanting more.

A Colorado Springs gem. The Warehouse never disappoints. Exceptional food, the gallery is a perfect venue for gatherings, and the owners and staff make you feel like family. Oh, also great happy hour! Love this place.

My mom and I had such a wonderful experience here last night. The food was incredible and interesting. I got the lamb loin and my mom got the elk steak. The flavors were well balanced and unique and everything was cooked perfectly. We got tiramisu for dessert and it was classically prepared, but also amazing to eat and I savored every bite. The waitstaff was very kind and laid back. If you’re looking for a nice and adventurous dining experience in a laid back atmosphere, look no further!

We were really excited to try the food here since we heard good things! We had specifically asked to be seated where it was quieter, due to people in our party being hearing impaired.

We called twice to double check and even asked before we were seated to ensure we had a smooth dinner since we do not get to see eachother very often. They assured us it was the quietest table each time.

10 - 15 minutes into our meal we were sat next to a 20 top. TWENTY MEN .. AS LOUD AS THEY EVER WERE. It ruined our dinner and nobody could hear eachother .. we ate our food as fast as we could. Couldn’t tolerate dessert.

We then made plans to share another meal for the next year that we get to see one another. We were devastated. The waitress even knew about our request and did nothing. She said sorry about the noise- funny thing is, we could not even hear her when she said that and had to ask her to repeat herself.

There were other tables farther away that we could see open but we were not offered one of those at all. The food that we ate in a hurry was good though. Thank you for reading. We won’t be returning, unfortunately. It was kind of a wash for us and I felt so very rude and like I let down my guests/family/friends who put faith in me to make us all a reservation.

Our server, Ruby, was great. Super attentive, good conversation, good recommendations. She was the highlight.

Overall, I thought the food was ok. It didn’t blow me away. I thought the French fry appetizer was probably the best thing we got.

The cocktails were good.

The charred octopus was overdone.

The pork belly app was lean and somewhat tough, It wasn’t what I expect when I get pork belly. It’s thin sliced and didn’t do it for me.

The bison ribeye was so salty it almost burned the tongue.

My friend said he really enjoyed the elk entree. I didn’t taste it but I would have needed 2 of the entree to consider it a portion.

The burger is odd. it’s a “fork and knife burger” but that’s partly because the tomato and onion are so think cut the thing couldn’t stay together if it wanted to. Expect to be reconstructing each bite on the fork.

The burger is the cheapest menu item at $26.

4 people, a bottle of $50 wine, and a cocktail each came to about $350 before tip. (2 of the entrees were the burger)

We enjoyed ourselves, but for the price and portions of the entrees, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

We dont normally eat at places this expensive so we were hoping to be wowed. Unfortunately we werent. I ordered the elk strip loin and my husband got the burger. The highlight of the meal were his fries and chipolte mayo. They were delicious (but definitely not worth spending over $100 for 2 meals with no other courses or alcohol) My strip loin was ordered medium rare and came out red in the center. I wasnt sure that it was wrong because I havent had medium rare elk before but I didnt feel great after and should have let the waitress know it didnt look right. It needed more salt as well. The elk and potatoes weren't very hot but maybe the meat needed to rest so thays normal? I expected way more. The location is fun and parking was easy. The waitress was very nice. The interior style and esthetic was nothing special. They did have pretty artwork but the flooring and chairs could use an upgrade. Both my husband and my chairs had uneven legs and wobbled. Overall I regret not telling the waitress that my meat seemed undercooked and I needed some salt (is that offensive to ask for at an upscale restaurant 😅).

I saw this place on yelp and decided to give it a try.

I started with a few appetizers and ordered the Yak Albondigas, fresh smashed guacamole and Sesame Fried Calamari. For my entrées I had the Pan Seared North American Elk Strip Loin and the Summer Vegetable Succotash & Grits.

Most of the dishes were good but two definitely missed the mark. The biggest disappointment was the peach cobbler. It was more reminiscent of a peach crumble than a cobbler. There were peaches at the bottom but it was heavily coated with crumble. It also lacked serious flavor and was much different than what I've had in the past. However, in fairness, upon serving the dish, my server did say it was Colorado style, which, definitely was a surprise.

The other dish was the Summer Vegetable Succotash & Grits. The grits were cooked well but did lack flavor. The vegetables were delicious and I appreciated the variety.

The calamari was amazing. It came with a sauce that only enhanced its already bold flavors. It wasn't greasy or crispy but cooked just right. I can't recall ever having calamari this good.

My server was very personable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. She also provided me the names of a few places to visit while in Colorado.

This place is phenomenal! Some of the best food I've had in a long time, and I've been through Bangkok. Drinks were tasty and kept full, the service was top notch, and I couldn't have picked a better spot for a bachelor party dinner. Anytime I come back through Colorado Springs I'll be making a stop here.

We had our son and his future wife's rehersal dinner at The Warehouse! It was wonderful! Amy was wonderful to work with!
