They took forever with food. First I order and asked for the 2 for 3 which is still on their menu then they said they don’t have it no more and they are promoting their $1 breakfast biscuits. Ok I said I still wanted what I got which was an English muffin with sausage and cheese and a sausage biscuit. I get to the check out and it’s a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I told them that not what I wanted and repeated what I asked for. The guy still wasn’t understanding so I just said ok give me 2 sausage biscuits then. I then waited for about a half and hour just to get my food. This was the WORSE experience. Then they forgot that they parked me and just had my food sitting there. Never again! Do not go to this Wendy’s
I guess taking dabs (marijuana) is a normal thing for this place. Went to pick up my order and a gentlemen was vaping and taking dabs at the drive thru. I know this is Colorado but I'm sure this corporation wouldnt tolerate this. Might want to get your food somewhere else if this is how obvious they are to doing drugs.

I had a great interaction with the lovely young lady who was working the drive thru between 3:45 and 4:00pm on 7/9/25. She had incredible energy and was full of warm smiles. I did not ask her name, but thank you for providing me with excellent service and making my day by talking to me about the coconut flavor Dr Pepper! You rock!
Also this was the best food I’ve gotten so far at this location. Whatever you did in the 3pm and 4pm hour, it was magic!
I had gotten three chicken sandwiches two of which were good all hot and fresh but I ordered a asiago ranch classic chicken sandwich which was fine but I didn't get the asiago cheese or bacon. Was very unhappy about it.
I came here to get food because I was starving but when I got food here, the food wasn't cooked and I got food poisoning so DON'T COME HERE, EWW
I ordered a nugget meal in drive through and the guy in drive through asked me to pull forward to one of the parking spaces. So I did and then was forgotten about. I sat there for over 10 minutes before having to go inside and ask for my food. The guy at the counter gave me an extra 6 piece as an apology but a manager should have gotten involved and refunded my meal or at the very least apologize.
Manager Bianca (sp?) and her crew always make me feel welcome, even though I don't spend much.

Pretty standard Wendy's. They have five a great job when we go in. Orders are right and fresh.

Utterly inhumane that they don't allow their employees to wear warm cloths while simultaneously not supplying their employees with any warm cloths. The foods good and the the customer service is good as well I go here literally all the time and one thing I notice is that their employees are always freezing their asses off when its cold. And they still service you. It's not a good display for management and the higher ups should be ashamed of themselves. I don't know what you gain from simply not allowing your own employees to layer up

It really irks me when places close before their posted closing times.
I pull into the parking lot, immediately I see every employee starring at my car. ( not even close to closing time) S I can already tell I'm going in here as "that guy" you know the guy that shows up last minute and orders one of everything. I stop by the door to check ifniys still open. It is, so I proceed to park my car hop out and as I'm walking in I'm greeted by this tiny little scrawny guy with the absolute worst beard I've ever seen. It's dingy m

This was ridiculous. I ordered two sandwiches and it took 20 minutes. They "lost" my order and two people who ordered after me got their orders first, and while I was waiting another woman asked to get her money back because she'd been waiting for an hour and still hadn't gotten her meal. Food was 'okay', service was ridiculously slow and disorganized.
