Utterly inhumane that they don't allow their employees to wear warm cloths while simultaneously not supplying their employees with any warm cloths. The foods good and the the customer service is good as well I go here literally all the time and one thing I notice is that their employees are always freezing their asses off when its cold. And they still service you. It's not a good display for management and the higher ups should be ashamed of themselves. I don't know what you gain from simply not allowing your own employees to layer up

I pull into the parking lot, immediately I see every employee starring at my car. ( not even close to closing time) S I can already tell I'm going in here as "that guy" you know the guy that shows up last minute and orders one of everything. I stop by the door to check ifniys still open. This was ridiculous. I ordered two sandwiches and it took 20 minutes. They "lost" my order and two people who ordered after me got their orders first, and while I was waiting another woman asked to get her money back because she'd been waiting for an hour and still hadn't gotten her meal. Food was 'okay', service was ridiculously slow and disorganized.

The trick with fast food is to follow the Corporations recipe's exactly and get it out hot and fast. They accomplished both here yesterday. Fries were nice and crispy, and the burgers were hot and fresh. You're never going to mistake a fast food burger for a good sit down burger, but they're lots cheaper. The dining room was clean, and looked like it had been remodeled recently. Value was good.
The frosties from the machine weren't frozen right after breakfast time (understandable) so the worker gave us our nuggets for free.
Vegetarian options: When I was a vegetarian I would always get a baked potato with cheese. Never let me down ??

I like going to this location since is on my way home. I have noticed some improvements do to new management. the location seams cleaner and staff is helpful. the Store manager has oldschool customer service. she is polite takes your order with a smile and gives eye contact. she makes sure that her staff are keeping up with the establishment. I used to work at a taco bell and have an understanding how hectic it can get. this establishment has a positive and strong crew, love it

Just order a Dr pepper .. got a diet soda.... I hate diet soda ... The staff were friendly but getting the wrong order kinda ruined it for me... The restraint can't help the atmosphere of the drive through but had a jeep in front of me with a obnoxious loud engine also kinda ruined my visit..

I live right across the street and I will never go to this location ever again. Found a long GREY HAIR in my chicken wrap. Went inside to get a refund and see two young boys and and older short lady with glasses… no hair net… when one of the older boys calls her over I realize it’s from her..no apologies no sympathy nothing just “ is that all u want refunded?” ..I was trying to be very cool about it because I work in public service…I was just so mad that I didn’t get any kind of apologetic response..don’t even care about the refund because I ordered 3 of them with sides and drinks..and only refunded 1 wrap and drink.. I was just absolutely appalled by the response or lack there of !!!! Especially with such a popular establishment. was so excited to show my sister these wraps… Such a disappointing experience…threw everything away. Those people are dead inside. And this place is dead to me.
