Ive been getting a jr cheeseburger combo for more than 15 years. No problem. Until now. They act like it doesn't exist. And cannot figure out how to ring it up. Its aggravating. I know its not that complicated. Otherwise I wouldn't of been able to get it previously. The staff lacks the skills to do the job correctly.

I had a great interaction with the lovely young lady who was working the drive thru between 3:45 and 4:00pm on 7/9/25. She had incredible energy and was full of warm smiles. I did not ask her name, but thank you for providing me with excellent service and making my day by talking to me about the coconut flavor Dr Pepper! You rock!

Also this was the best food I’ve gotten so far at this location. Whatever you did in the 3pm and 4pm hour, it was magic!

I had gotten three chicken sandwiches two of which were good all hot and fresh but I ordered a asiago ranch classic chicken sandwich which was fine but I didn't get the asiago cheese or bacon. Was very unhappy about it.
