Customer service was not at all appropriate. After I placed my order at the drive thru and came to the window to pay. All the employees were standing around at the window. One of the employees started scratching his head then went straight to the fry machine without washing his hands. Gross. I drove off. Called to speak to manager wasn't present so the assistant manager gave out the Lead Managers cell phone number. Called the number, no response.
