Came in today to have a meal remade from a couple nights ago. I called that night and was told I can come in at any time and give her name and they’ll remake it.
I got in today, told them & ordered more food as well
What ended up happening was absurd
I waited 32 minutes for a sandwich remake and a biggie bag combo. The girl at the register gave my order to someone else, left the unfinished order on the counter for 15 minutes and required it to be remade
Then, after all this I was leaving when I checked the order I had a feeling & was missing the 10 piece nuggets in my order.
On top of that this is how the Jr bacon cheeseburger was prepared. Horrendous
All in all wasted 32 minutes for 2 meals truly unacceptable

While dinning in the restaurant at 1245:pm on May 24 2025 my brother and I observed that the employee’s did not have the appropriate uniform, meaning 2 of the young ladies working did not have proper head wear as far as hair net or hat on while handing customers orders, as well as a Young man whom I would say holds a higher position in the restaurant Manager/ crew leader, did not have a beard net nor mask to keep his facial hair from going into customers food, also I only seen 3 of the employees wearing gloves. It is in my opinion that this resultant location has violated several codes, extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant.

The restaurant was really hot inside my food turned out good my buddy that went with me had issues with his hamburger as they put tomato on his burger and he asked for no tomato I guess it happens a lot when he goes there. Overall the food was pretty good french fries were hot, soda machines a little funky, but overall not bad

I have been floored multiple times by the staff at this Wendy’s. 1/9/2025 nasty wind and snow all day and the young man working the drive through at 4:15 was the model of the kind of person we should all strive to be. Food was hot and fresh and made well. I don’t eat fast food much but if I do this Wendy’s is almost the guaranteed stop

Every time I go here I end up with missing or cold food. Yesterday I was the only one in line and wanted to add something to my order. They refused to do so even they my order was over $50! When I got my bag they were missing a hamburger. When I went to go back they the drive thru it was blocked along with the parking lot by a delivery truck. I had to go in. When I finally got back to my family with cold food it was discovered that we were shorted two fries. The manager was extremely rude. Customer service is dead in this store. Do you yourself a favor and go someone else

No pickles means no pickles. Had to wait for 'fresh' fries that werent that fresh....you had plenty of time to make the burger correctly...Had to throw the sandwich away. But the manager had time to come out the back door to vape.... Won't be coming back here again.
