The folks here are always great and the food is above average for a Wendy's. Lines can get long during lunch rush but the folks are always super professional and helpful. Jamie is a fantastic manager too with amazing customer service.

These guys send all cars in the drive thru around to park and wait so that corporate thinks their service times are fast. Free stars if you use the drive thru the way it was designed to be used.

I've had it with these people who can't read. Always giving me what I didn't order, I order vanilla dr pepper I get coke, period, not ONCE BUT TWICE IN SAME WEEK! INCOMPETENT is a word I'll be using for these people. I've been given old hard fries, old limp bacon on my burger, can't really think of ONE REASON I'd come back, so bye Wendy's, this store is the worst and they all lack!!!!!

Sabrina my cashier was obviously new and training she got my order a little wrong, but Jamie I'm assuming one of the managers corrected the issue. The staff was very friendly and willing to do what they could for any customer I have never seen a fast food resturant ran like this very outstanding. Highly recommend going to this wendys. ?

They ran out of frosty. Asked for a refund and the manager have my attitude about it. Gave me cash instead of putting it back on my card and didn't offer anything else for the trouble. Just go to the McDonald's I guess.

They had a cold burger waiting for me before I arrived; because they microwaved it when I arrived. The meat was lukewarm and dry, the bun was hard, the lettuce was hot; all indicators of microwave cooking. This was my third and last attempt buying from this Wendy's on North Academy and it will be my last. Plus, the store has the old restaurant smell that tells you that too many employees have poor hygiene and cleaning skills. There is a reason why you don't always see this Wendy's on Google map when you search for restaurants. Avoid for your health.
