Waited all week for a burger... What a salty surprise

Sometimes they close early, everything is locked up and dark 15 minutes before closingš¤ØI go here a lot, food is relatively fresh and good šš¼ however often have order issues.

A basic screw up on an order can lead to serious problems! I ordered a hamburger with NO MAYONNAISE! I am allergic to mayonnaise. But thatās not the worst part. I am a type 1 diabetic that takes insulin and had given insulin for the hamburger that I thought had no mayonnaise just as I had told them. In case you didnāt know, an insulin overdose can easily be fatal and is irreversible. To sum things up, I ordered the hamburger. Next, I gave insulin like I am supposed to do before eating. I opened the foil only to see it completely saturated in mayonnaise. This is exactly why people need to pay attention when taking orders! My safety is now at risk because of this and now I am risking having a severe drop in blood glucose levels. Also, lastly, I called you guys and i suspect you hung up before even answering the phone because after a few minutes of calling the call dropped. People screwed up and mistakes can be made, but let this be a lesson on how serious basic mistakes like this can be. I donāt want anyone getting in trouble for this because I admit I also messed up. I shouldnāt have given the insulin first without inspecting the burger. Mistakes are what make us human. What matters is learning from it.

Customer service thru the drive-through was great. I enjoy it when the employees greet you do an upsell of an item and are polite.

I don't recommend you to go here I went and they didn't cook my hamburger well bad service They missed cooking the chicken of my hamburger better

Idk what has happened to Wendy's in recent years, but the food is bad. The bread is always stale, the meat is dry, the fries are cold...it's just bad. The staff are nice, but I always feel like I'm getting yesterday's food. Nothing tastes fresh anymore.

Workers didn't complete an Uber Eats order placed well before closing. I arrived at 11:02 and they said they had put all the food away and I would need to cancel the order, hurting my statistics on the Uber app and causing me to lose out on time and the money i would have made for that trip.

Power wash the building!! Plenty of parking. Great sales through the app.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Came here to get breakfast and not only was everything cold and uncooked, there was a hair in our food. This is the second time that has happened at this location. I called to speak to the manager Leah, she didn't offer to fix it. She just asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" She didn't even offer to remake it, let alone a refund. Disgusting attitude, you belong working somewhere that no one has to interact with you.

Absolutely horrible train your staff to make food correctly and make sure Leah gets trained on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.
