Me and my friends came here for dinner and the food and service we got was so bad first they were slow at taking our order then they got a attitude and did not give us a repirt then messed up my friend order twice it was supposed to be no kutup or mustered and it has both them the second one was with kutcup then the manger got a attitude about it when she went back up to ask for it right

Ordered 3 frosty twists and a 10 piece nugget in the app. I received two drinks in an appropriate timely manner and then proceeded to wait an additional 8 minutes for my last frosty. All drinks were almost melted, (not frosty). And the nuggets were lukewarm. Attitudes from workers were mediocre.

They mess up every time I go. 3 Frosties that have closer consistency of milk than any kind of Ice Cream. Not even going to bother calling in because they crew seemed to already been having a bad day. All seem pissy 👎

Just went to this Wendy's. They served me cold food in the drive through. I went in to trade in my cold food for warm food, and they looked at me like I was crazy. I explained to them that cold food can get people sick and is a health code violation. Dont go to this Wendy's unless you want to be sick. I hope the health department gives them a surprise inspection so they take food safety more seriously. Looking at me like 'we deserve cold food all the time, what's your problem' is not the right answer.

So I order a 10 piece nugget and I ask for BBQ sauce and I pull up to window and manager takes my money hands me my food without the sauce I asked for then the nuggets was cold and she flat lied and said they was fresh and then makes me pull forward so they don't get in trouble for there pour service and then have to wait on fresh ones and so then after spending about 10 mins I get fresh ones but I get nothing for my times that I had to waste waiting on them and I'm mostly pissed that as a manager she would lie to my face and tell me the first ones was fresh she should not be working here cause she is not a honest person and I really feel that she should have apologized at bare minimal but know I feel she should have offered me something for the inconvenience of my time so I hope corporate will handle this as I worked for Wendy's many yrs ago and my manager at that time would have not been so disrespectful towards a customer

Just went thur the drive thur for mini frosties. They staff was amazing. Will be back.
Kid-friendliness: The mini frosty is perfect size for after school snack for little ones.
