Im not sure if anyone will read this but I wanted to share how great Ms Kyra is and that I think she has fresh customer service. The food is always coo when I visit but Kyra makes the experience better

I come to this location quite often and the staff are always professional and friendly. Service is always quick and they always greet people with a smile and warm, inviting attitude. They haven't gotten my order wrong even once and I've ordered from this location many times. 5 stars.
Arrived at 10:26am trying to get the breakfast deal. Had one customer in front of me they finished ordering still time before 10:30am. Cashier asked me to wait a minute because the beverage machine dr pepper was messed up for the customer in front of me then it's finally my turn it was 10:31am and she denied my breakfast order. I said "I'd been waiting patiently for over 4 minutes" the cashier had the audacity to say that I don't have to speak to her like that... I wasn't yelling or name calling. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years. I know when the customer is a jerk and when the employee just hates their life.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I ordered chili which is usually really good at Wendy's. But NOT today and not at this store! I got a bowl of soup flavored like Chile with no meat no beans !! Just soupy!! Ugh and no offer to make it right.

Saucy nuggs? NOT. These cost $11.00 for 20 nuggets. Normally, I would deal with it, but not for that price. It is late, so I will not being going back tonight. I hope they will make it right when I call. I hate doing that. This is the Platte and Circle location in Colorado Springs.

Please dont eat at this location! There was a whole piece of hard palstic inside the chicken patty i was eating. Along with a long hair in another piece of food we got, I called multiple times to raise this concern and ask for my money back and no one ever answered the phone.

Really disappointed with this locations staff stopped in because our sons needed to use the restroom and was told that they could not use the restroom because of cleaning supplies everywhere it was a Karen it was Sunday the 24th of November racism is really big in America it's sad because how could you turn down children to use the restroom the cleaning supplies were an excuse she was very rude she's the manager on the night shift we are really living upon evilness how could you turn down a child that needs to go pee shame on you hope you don't get another manager on the night shift 👀🙄🤔🤔🤔

The actually staff of the location was extremely nice and helpful, however during our meal we were blocked twice by a representative from wendys cooperate, she chose to not move in order to continue a conversation trash talking the stores customers using the dining area and complaining about people using public property off property. She also berated front staff in front of customers that were adequately being helped for "not watching front'. Totally embarrassing and unprofessional behaviour.
