This is more irritating than anything. The little girl at the register wouldn't let me use the restroom, even though I was picking up food for someone else, so it was paid for. I've never had this issue at any nice restaurant or fast food place. It's not like I'm homeless or a druggie and I drove there. Good thing there's plenty of other restaurants in town. Even the other Wendy's in town will let me use it, so what's up? Do I need to explain my medical issue? The time was 1205 pm

The employees here absolutely made my daughter's night! I wish I had gotten their names to give them props. We rushed in so she could use the bathroom and I promised her a frosty. We left with food as well and the fries were some of the best I've had in a while! Thank you for being so warm and welcoming to my little girl. She keeps asking to go back so I'm sure we will be back!

I'm so upset with this Wendy's. I have been going to this place on and off for the last 7 years. Have never had a good experience. I'm a 74 year Veteran and not able to walk to far. Today was my worst.the single Dave's burger was horrible.sloppy put together, hockey puck for a burger baked potato under cooked and cold and the wait time was ridiculous.Don't go here unless you have to.Buy the way it was lunch time!!

The service was great thanks to a young lady named Jay who by far needs a raise and promotion if the manager on duty at 530 pm on 11/23/2025 is going to continue to treat her the way he was when I arrived. I was inside all of 10 seconds before his powertrip. Her service was great and regardless of being yelled at and berated by the manager in front of customers she kept her cool and efficiently took our order repeated it back and kept a smile on her face. I would have left no job is worth being treated as such and the manager needs to be trained on how to treat employees while frustrated. I have a 1 for atmosphere because the awkwardness of watching the manager mistreat an employee. I have managed restaurants with over 50 employees and not once treated an employee as such even during a rush which I'll stress it was not a rush at this time. He should be reprimanded, it was inappropriate and unprofessional of him to speak to her that way in front of customers.
Came here at night had a 20 minute wait for food, food wait is so long ordered simple burger and fry it wasn’t busy. This is ridiculous the employeee had white sumpracy tattoos
