Lately a lot of the times I've been going to Wendy's the food has not been hot and fresh anymore the food is always cold now.

3rd time in a month I've been told ANYTHING I order will be 8-12 min wait. Nothing you cook in the entire restaraunt takes that long period great way to lose a consistant customer terrible business period. General Manager and District manager need to clean house !!!!

The burgers I ordered were fresh, hot n juicy, that is the only good thing I have to say, the French fries were old and cold, which I don't understand because I waited almost 15 min in the drive thru. Plus I ordered a double classic with Cheese and a single classic with cheese and only got two singles. Plus I asked for the upgrade item chocolate chunk cookies times 2 and didn't receive any. Got charged for everything (without a receipt either! )spent 30 bucks but only received 3/4 of my food. Called to complain and got hung up on twice! Not happy

Had all the specials going on, staff were very nice with suggestions, food was hot and delicious!. I love the frie, we also had a frosty from the Wednesday collection it also was very tasty!! Thank you for the great experience!!

The person at the window just shoved my bag and drink out. The frosty was melted. Everything was cold. Couldn't understand the person giving me the food and totally bad experience.

We've been going to this Wendy's occasionally for many years. We were a little surprised, and very disappointed, that the parking lot is still in extremely poor condition. Giant holes! The building could use some upgrading for sure. It seems like the owners don't really care about it. That being said, the food and service were good.

Thank you Wendy's food is delicious shout out to Jordan at the drive-thru great customer service funny made me laugh didn't think going through a drive-thru for a fast food restaurant would be such an uplifting part of my day.
This place is ridiculous. The staff here are incredibly rude and several times we’ve overheard the manager yelling and belittling the staff - whether they deserved it or not, you just do t do that where customers can overhear.
