Staff was polite, but the order was wrong and took too long to fix.The sandwich was soggy and didn’t taste fresh. Disappointing experience overall.

They only put one bun on my burger, I know making a burger is hard and requires a lot of focus and intelligence, but maybe if they had a detailed recipe book on how to make a burger it would help the staff.
Customer service was slow, and he didn't act like he wanted to be dealing with customers. The food was ok! The dining room was not clean, tables were dirty, and chairs looked to have questionable stuff on it. The bathrooms have a passcode. What good is a passcode if the door itself doesn't fully close or when you close from the inside and lock the door it doesn't lock.
Drive through moved efficiently, and the inside was clean.

My daughter and I just went through the drive through. We waited ten minutes and no one helped us. So I called and told them we were in the drive through. We went to the window and ordered. Got coffee right away. We were asked to move up (even though no one was behind us) and sat there friend another 15 minutes. When we got our food, the wedges were hot but our sandwiches were cold. It was supposed to have bacon and there was no bacon. It’s unfortunate that this Wendy’s has gone downhill so bad. The west side needs the variety.

First, look at my Google review history. I do not leave negative reviews. I stopped to get lunch here last week and they were only accepting cash. I asked a question at the drive thru and the lady working was rude, offensive, and condescending. (It is hard to offend me) I tried calling the store and no one answered the phone. I went online to speak to customer service. I put this exact thing in their inbox and never heard back from anyone. My expectations were not high. Some level of respect. Some customer service. Do not disrespect me because you are pulling a “we only accept cash scam. Customers service is dying.

Truly awful drive through service. For the last week the staff refuses to take orders through the drive through and asks you to come inside to order. I guess they must be doing pretty well to pass up on so many sales.

Drive thru experience was excellent! I didn't get her name but I loved her great attitude and she had excellent suggest selling skills! Most definitely will be coming back 😊

Burnt fries burnt bacon nasty worst food in town according to every person I've talked to. Fosty half filled no ice in soda. Terrible dont go here
