Wendy's serves amazing breakfast, including delicious French toast sticks and crispy potato wedges. The drink selection is impressive. However, there have been instances where customers were charged for extras they did not ask for, and the customer service was less than ideal. Recently, the manager at lunch on Sunday 10/13/24 stood out with exceptional customer service, ensuring orders were correct and treating staff kindly. This highlights a positive shift in customer service.
