The drive-thru experience is friendly and efficient, with staff going above and beyond. While cleanliness can be improved, especially in the restrooms, the fast service makes up for it. The staff consistently go above and beyond in so many ways. If issues arise, they are addressed accordingly. However, there have been instances where customers were charged for extras they did not ask for, and the customer service was less than ideal. Recently, the manager at lunch on Sunday 10/13/24 stood out with exceptional customer service, ensuring orders were correct and treating staff kindly. This highlights a positive shift in customer service.
