They will try to charge you for extras that you didn't ask for. Rude and dismissive. Nobody orders your urinal cake flavored, watered down lemonade on purpose.

Manager at lunch on Sunday 10/13/24 has the best customer service I have seen in an extremely long time. She was very polite, very friendly, happy to be there, spoke to other personnel kindly and made sure my order was correct. With 4 specially made sandwiches, I had lost hope it was possible. But this manager was AMAZING. I did not get her name but I am very hopeful customer service is making a comeback.
I will be back. My previous visits here had appropriate customer service but correctness was lacking with wrong food and being charged extra. I hope it's fixed now.

The 8 pm crew on 10/04/2024. I waited half an hour to get my drive thru order. Ridiculous. They didn't offer me a refund or compensation for watching every other vehicle pass by with their food and get this, I watch them make my food in front of me once I walk in with my receipt asking them where my food was.

Cold limp fries old meat that's been sitting around for at least 2 hours. AND WE paid top dollar $23 for two people. Shame on you Wendy's Dave is rolling over in his grave about this
