I had multiple orders and everything I ordered was done correctly. It was the lunch hour as well and I was amazed at how fast I got through the drive through. The gal at the window was so sweet and even gave me a drink holder. All of our food was hot and delicious. There is a ton of road construction on that stretch of Academy but I was able to easily enter and exit this location.

Customer service sucks, you can barely hear through the drive through and they continue to forget things.
The management needs to be restrained as well as the employees to get an order correct!

Went in for a simple Jr bacon dbl stack and a added a 6pc nugget. One of my nuggets looked like it had a bite mark in it so I brought it back. When I asked for a different 6 pc after a cashier threw away the nuggets I guess the manager girl started questioning weather or not I took the bite. Which did annoy me since why would I do that? For free nuggets? I got back the same amount of nuggets that the cashier threw out. And the manager girl started making fun of me to employees. When I left I realized my burger did not have bacon so I went back not for a sandwich remake but just for some bacon and the cashier immediately got the manager and she kinda looked like she didn't want to deal with me but I told her the situation and she gave me a container with bacon. I would have given a better review but by the time I got to the burger it was cold. The fries were cold from the start.
