I ordered a bacinator burger with extra pickles and onions. It cost me nearly 10 dollars. I got not one sliver of onion and zero pickles. That was on my first visit. It was a one off because ever since then, three months now, every order has been perfect. The staff remember me by my name, like a family restaurant. The staff is friendly. The orders have been perfect. I think the staff and service are great. And the food, is delicious. I'm a former Wendy's employee, from back in the days when we pounded out our own square burgers with a machine I operated back in Warrenville Illinois. This Wendy's is in Colorado Springs, 705 Garden of the Gods road. Now my GoTo place. I just wish Wendy's would bring back their original fries. As a former Idahoan, we take our fries seriously. JR Simplot made a fortune selling potatoes to the likes of McDonalds.

I usually like coming to this Wendy's because most of the staff are really nice. I went in tonight and the older woman who is named Lisa was extremely rude to me and the customers who were in line after us. I decided to leave after dealing with her attitude.

I asked for five barbecue packets to be put on the side of my order at the drive-through and the drive-through attendant decided that he didn’t wanna give me five and told me that I was restricted to three. Now once I got my order, I drove up, thinking that I had three barbecue sauces, but guess what… There were none which made me have to go back and get my three barbecue sauces. Shaking my head. And the fries were cold.

This particular location is slow, and they get my order wrong constantly. We had to play roulette on which soda is the diet more than once! And they just shrug at you, like, oh well, when you question them on it.
