The seating area is really small, we had to wait to get a table. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were decently cleaned in spite of how busy they were. The burgers were not cooked all the way through, they pulled them off early because they were so busy. Order well done if we go back.
I loved this place. Both in TX and in Colorado Springs. I see lots of complaints on here about them running out of some of the items, the long line and needing to get their stuff together. First of all, this is a new location. Maybe they needed to feel it out a bit to see how it went as far as guests. The line for in and out burger was 13 hours and to go there now, a year + later and you still wait an hour. In and outs fries are the absolute worst. As a Native Texan living in Colorado Springs for almost 30 years.. This was the 1 thing we hoped for years would be in CO. The buildup incredible and Opening Day was A Epic time. -5 degrees and we were in line for Dine In. It’s was like a Family Event. We loved it even though it was was maybe 50 degrees inside.
