Long wait in drive thru Cold burger, asked for light mustard instead got messy mustard overload and cold expensive lg onion rings COLD....Yea I know customers preferences do not matter, this made evident and ALSO perhaps people just can't read anymore....regardless, just reminds me why not to ever go back.

So this one in Colorado Springs if given enough time is surrounded by all of its top competition. Freddy's and In and out. Freddy's has better fries in an out has better burgers and this place has good chicken. I will say their double double that cost an arm an a leg in comparison to the others is alot of meat. But no I would not go back given what's around it. Isaac is a good kid

Kristen's leadership when my church group of 40 rolled in out of nowhere WAS NOTHING SHORT OF EXCELLENT. She handled everything with a poise and composure you don't find much in the service industry..
Isabel was the sweetest kind hearted young lady we had on our road trip up from Dallas. She made sure everyone was taken care of from seating to condiments and everything in between.
Malachi; same thing. This young man was ready for the situation at hand.. so thankful for the entire experience we had at this location. I hope ownership and corporate see this. I wouldn't kind communicating to anyone about this experience we had..
Many years ago in Texas, I often visited Whataburger in the middle of the night. Finally, I was able to do the same thing here in Colorado Springs. Brought back great memories of many all nighters with my best friends!!

I got here at 9:15pm on a Thursday night and it was extremely busy. But despite that, I never felt rushed when my order was taken, and I got my order with a smile despite the person literally running out every order to every car in both lanes! You have a gem in Bryce!!!!
