In drive through, told to wait to take order. They take multiple cars on the left side and leave me waiting. With no response from the cashier, I let them know I'll just be moving on. It is then they let me know they can take my order. I'll pass. If you can't figure out basic ordering methods, there is no shot you're doing $15 quality food.

They were busy on Christmas Eve and poor Karlie? I think her name was? Was having a day, there wasn't a lot of up front help, and the tables were dirty. Overall the food was good but our table neighbors were rude and one couple even brought fuzzy tacos in. I will go back on a less busy day 😁

Our go to stop when traveling to Denver. Friendly staff and always the best service and food.
I ordered through app for curbside pick up. I ordered at 4:55 pm and didn't recieve my food, cold or course, until 5:35 and that's because I had to go inside and ask the manager Jenny where my food was. This is just horrible service. I'm actually a manager at a whataburger in Texas and this service is unacceptable. I'll be contacting corporate about this.

Going to the Springs always means we get Whataburger. Burgers are yummy, the hatch green chile one is good but the original is better. Always good service. Clean and nice.
The woman on the speaker box at 3 am on 12/14/24 sounded incoherent and/or drunk and could not get our order right to save her life. We repeated our order 4 separate times and she literally slurred her words each time and just said random stuff back to us. Ended up just going to the Dublin location. Y’all need to look into this.

This location is hilariously bad. I know it’s hard to find good help these days but good lord. I’ve been here three times and all three times have been let’s say…unique. Also this location is empty every time I pass by it which is huge indicator on how much this store is lacking quality if you know how busy all other restaurants are in this area (Just go see the line wrapped around the In and Out at any given time). The reason I am writing this review is I found it amusing on how bad it was. For starters I ordered two burger meals for takeout on the app nothing crazy and the store was empty so…10 minutes tops? I sat in the store and waited for 30 minutes before I decided to grow a pair and complain. Turns out that my food had been sitting there for awhile and nobody bothered to muster the energy to serve the food to the only customer sitting in the dining room. While I waited for the 30 minutes, I observed the manager hanging out in the dining room with her friends, while the kid working the cash register was just hanging out by himself in the dining room as well and would slowly walk to the register whenever a customer showed up. I was also given an awesome dance show by the one of the workers in the back. All this was going on while my food just sat in the back getting cold. To top it off, when I got home both of my orders were incorrect. I got a different burger than I ordered and the other burger was “substituted” with a spicy chicken sandwich. Bright side, both were decent.
