Very slow service

If you're thinking about going to Whataburger, do yourself a favour and just go to the one off of Constitution. After not visiting this location for months due to waiting over an hour for my online order, I decided to give them another chance. Ordered the BBQ chicken strip sandwich with extra creamy pepper sauce INSTEAD of the BBQ sauce. What I got was a cold chicken sandwich with the tiniest amount of both sauces and the woman at the window treating me like crap. The "medium" fry was cold and likely could've fit into a small with room to spare.

I love Whataburger as a whole, will not be returning to this location again.

Do NOT go here unless you want your food to be wrong, cold, and to be treated with disrespect. It's not worth wasting your time to order from here. I voice my dismay about how my food was made and prepared, and I was told it was made correctly and it was hot and then told to leave. There is so much disrespect.

Whomever is at the drive-thru on March 2nd 2025 at 9:02pm. Your attitude so wack I couldn’t complete my Order due to you rushing me. The low voice fellow yeah you I’d say you owe me gas money had to go to another whataburger on the same street.

Can't rate the food, was cold when I got 21 minutes after I placed the order from the drive thru lane. The manager said it was due to a server's error yet lane 1 (with the drive thru window) served 7 vehicles when lane 2 (no window) served 1. I asked if my food was fresh or would be cold, manager said fresh...it wasn't. I went inside less than a minute of receiving my food and asked for a manager. A male employee walked up and asked what I needed and I asked if he was the manager (another employee had just asked what he was doing as I had requested a manager), he said no. I reiterated that I needed a manager and he stared me down for about 5 seconds and then walked away..so weird.

The manger finally appeared and said I needed to contact customer service for a refund since I ordered via the app. She apologized again for the almost 30 minute delay and then blamed it partially on me for switching to the empty drive thru lane (I had still been behind 2 other vehicles).

I'll never patronize this place again.

It took 10 minutes to get their attention and when I got to work I realized the burger was raw. Not slightly under done it was pink as a baby's bottom.
How dare you sell undercooked food to people!

Customer service is terrible. We stood at the counter and were ignored by three employees before we walked out. Previously we’ve been here and our orders are always wrong. Sloppy and poor service go anywhere but here.

It seems like every time I order from here on the app, the food is either way past the expected delivery time, or the order is cancelled due to a "technical issue". Also, don't order the onion rings from here, they are always burnt. Better burger places in town, don't waste your time here.

I placed a quick online order for a chocolate malt, expecting to grab it and go. Instead, I ended up waiting in the drive-through line for over 12 minutes. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it doesn’t save any time? The service was ridiculously slow, and there was no urgency from the staff. Definitely not worth the wait.

I ordered the chicken strip sandwich, as I got halfway through my sandwich I noticed my tender was RAW. Unbelievable and risk of me getting salmonella poisoning from this! I tried calling to complain NO ONE answered, completely lost my appetite and wanna throw up in hopes I won’t get sick

Food came out ok. But there were no straws in the bag. Which sucks when 2 people are driving an hour back home and just wanted a drink with their meal….

Is it just this location? Their product is not the same as what's being served in NM, AZ or Tx. The buns are not the same. And when I order it "fresh", be sure to cook the meat thoroughly.

I have been shorted on onion rings the last two times I went in the third time I went in tonight. I specifically ask them to fill the onion rings to the top. Give me a large, not a small and they completely ignored what asked and gave my half.
