Very friendly staff, we ordered on the app a few blocks away and it was only a few minutes until it was ready when we got there. The fries were hot and delicious as usual and the Dr. Pepper shake is our favorite! Lots of parking, not easy to get out of you're heading east, we live in Falcon so we just head north on Tutt to Woodmen and forget trying to get on to Dublin.
I feel like such a Karen giving this feedback and I apologize for that.This location has some quality issues and service issues.Regarding the quality issues, the burgers seem either undercooked or under seasoned. I'm not sure what it is. Regardless, they come out much more grey and less flavorful than I'm used to at other locations.Regarding the service issues, this location is slow, and frequently staff members will return to your car in the drive thru, asking which order was yours. "You had x, right?" "Oh, you were an online order, right?" Once, we even got home with a chicken strip basket that didn't even have the chicken in it! Don't get me wrong, they're always super friendly. The staff are really pleasant, but it seems like things behind the counter aren't very well organized.I love Whataburger, but this location just doesn't meet the standard in ways that are difficult to explain.
