I went through the drive thru girl at the window very rude her name was Kaylee I think she didn't have a name tag on...anyways she didn't understand my order over charged me and wanted to agrue with me about what I ordered.....but other two people I talk to was very nice ...a man and young lady...probably should of talk to the manager because I could ear everyrhing she was saying to her co workers about me...this girl is unprofessional.....

30 minutes in the drive thru is absolutely insane. Wasn’t even during peak times either. Every time I come here I remember why I never come here. Wait time is always insane. Pretty sure they only have one person working the register and that same person working the grill cause the place is a ghost town. Do managers not exist anymore? I literally have never seen anyone guiding and motivating/helping the employees. Bummer because the food is usually decent.

I really only come here for the onion rings. Those things are fire! They are always so slow. Whether I go drive-thru or sit down. The place inside is so big and uninviting, kind of cold.

The lady at the front counter was super kind. Rueben is amazing with his customer service. He was super sweet and always checking on me while dining and making sure I had ketchup or anything else I needed. Definitely a bigger location with great food and great service.
