This place is a huge step up from most fast food places. Modern, comfortable cushion seats, great food, and extremely well run. Never let Carol go! Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger is wonderful, as is the Dr Pepper shake.

HUBBY'S FAVORITE And to be honest, it is really growing on me! Always tasty & large portions!!
Their green chili double is second to none! I tried their whatafish and it was ok not the best. Maybe a little tartar sauce would help.

Probably sub-par because of the fact that it’s night shift but my chicken fingers were barely warm, the sandwich was slightly soggy and the onion rings were the highlight of my dinner. And even they were a bit undercooked.
It sucks writing this review because I feel like it’s like many other bad reviews; personal to a person experience. But I think it’s a lot of times it’s easier to say you’re disappointed through a review then to drive all the way back after you’re tired at night from working to have them make your order fresh or at least more fresh? I don’t know. I’m at a loss.
I think sometimes people don’t speak up for themselves in the moment because they don’t want to make a scene out of things or they just simply don’t have the time to process what it would take to make the order and experience above par.
And of course, there’s the old fear and assumption that if you complain, especially in any sort of fast food restaurant chain, that someone will spit on your food or perhaps worse.
I wish I could say that I’m sad or angry or something else but I guess I’m just disappointed.

I'm not sure whom on your staff is making the drinks behind the counter. But twice now I've received delivery of two drinks that I have ordered as a large and got a drink that was 75% ice.
We just had the best service me and my wife ever received. The lady server named carol. She was so helpful, considerate, just flipping amazing. It’s our whataburger from now on. Come on on in and say hi to carol she is .76 years old .
