First time trying this chain and the food was really good. The restaurant was super clean and service was very friendly, but I thought the prices were a little higher compared to other fast food chains.

All of the Whataburgers here in Colorado lack consistency. The restaurant can be empty, and they rush out the food, wrong more than right. When they get it right it's great but y'all need to practice more. I've been to every one in Colorado and I feel they all have the same issues. It's very hit or miss just seems y'all could do better.

Worst service and slowest fast food restaurant of all time. Not sure what is wrong with this place, bc the store on Academy is nice and efficient.Had to leave today bc they took forever to take the person’s order in front of me in line. And this isn’t the first time this store has been painfully slow. It’s every time.So I leave and back up out of drive thru line. Drive down to Arby’s and someone immediately greets me and takes me order. I quickly get my food and drive back past whataburger and the guy that was in front of me waiting to take his order, was still waiting for his food, hahaha. Really pathetic that I was able to drive somewhere else and get served quicker than him. There was also a line that had piled up at whatavurger during that time, bc for whatever reason the staff at this location is really slow and doesn’t seem to be competent

Hamburger was dry and bun was incredibly stale. Gentleman who greeted us and took our order was awesome. The eating area and the bathroom were especially clean.

Have 2 lanes and only have outside lane open and are walking orders out which seems to increase wait time. food missing sauce and no ice in drinks.

The burger was kinda gross, like a tasteless (but big) blob. The fries were decent. The lady at the window was super nice and gorgeous.
