Ordered 2 honey butter chicken biscuits. The chicken was small leaving lots of only biscuit bites. And 1 biscuit had sooo much honey butter it was way too much. Also ordered a hash brown, which you can't up size so it only came with 4 hashbrown sticks.

Good double burger, good fries, good price. I wish there was 1 in denver. I'd go there instead of just about any other burger place. I do like the fries though. That's my biggest gripe about places with decent to good burgers. Small skinny fries or under cooked fies... fries that go bad the minute the give em to ya it seems. 2nd biggest is price. This place, I just cant complain.

The ability to listen and take the order correctly is not something that these employees possess
Employees do not wash hands after using the restroom ( THIS WAS WITNESSED )

My coffee today was gross
I went to the new location in Charlotte. Fries were cold and dead. ordered a side of jalapeño ranch, it wasn't in the bag so I asked the girl at the drive thru for it. After 5 min I said forget it. Burger was mid at best. zero stars. would not recommend.
We did a curbside order and parked. They came out and told us that they just received the order and it would be a couple minutes. They brought out our drinks while we waited. Everyone was so kind. The food was fresh and honestly amazing. 10/10 experience. Thank you!

Ever since they’ve sold out it hasn’t been the same. Food quality is horrible, customer service has went down, cleanliness of establishments (at least in Magnolia TX) has gone down.
The only place in town to get a burger for breakfast! I give them 5 stars for that alone 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Waited long time for them to give me the smallest amount of fries EVER. Is this medium now?!

Cold, inedible food. I legitimately believe it was unsafe to eat.

I order Whataburger 2 to 3 times a month. This place has routinely missed items or messed up orders, aside from soda issues.
I almost always do takeout and always get sodas without ice. Every. Single. Time. They have ice. I point this out and in turn they point to the bottom half of the receipt which is a rough summary of the order. I do not care for this snarky shit, and I point to the top of the receipt which has all the custom requests on it - showing the 'no ice'.
They have forgotten burgers and sides. When you point this out, they give you wimpy amounts for say, a large order of fries. My last order had 2 large fries missing and they barely filled one and filled the other halfway. Absolute trash for paying $8 dollars for.
Store manager, train your people better.
Readers, I suggest the ones on Interquest, Constitution and Dublin instead.
For this location:
Food is good. Service is shit.

We don’t get this franchise in Denver, so we try to go there when visiting south. This time we changed mind from 1 Lg and 1 med drink to 2 med drink, and the cashier said that we may keep the large cup because inside of the cup is touched. This is reasonable, but he never said we still get this unused cup charged with the large drink price. I went back to him after looking at the receipt, said that you should inform about this cost, then the young man re-explained the community health reason. This was totally out-of-point. Manager Lopez came up and resolved it, but I still don’t think I go back to them. Want to rate lower number for service if I can. 1. It was not informed in any form, 2. The price was including the cost of using drink dispenser. I am not sure if it was company policy or the cashier who wanted to justify himself. But I recommend never touch the cups before you pay. You potentially end up paying for $3+ for a plastic cup which actually cost less than a buck.
