Best smoothie in Colorado Springs, hands down. But it runs deeper. The facility is much more than a smoothie bar, it is a place for youth to explore their talents and abilities and build a sense of community. The staff are so friendly and if I lived in CS it would be my local smoothie joint and gym! Because workouts + fuel = wellbeing!

I took a Glutes HIIT Cardio class with Chris as the instructor, and it was a great experience! She was knowledgeable and made the workout enjoyable. After class, I treated myself to a delicious smoothie. Parking was easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Love this spot. The Director was so kind, and attentive. She even went it the back to see if they had more apparel in our sizes!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience, love what you guys are doing in the community!! 😁

Great atmosphere! Free gym use for a couple hours if you purchase a smoothie! And steppers or other things to use while you wait! Highly recommend!!!

Wow! How am I just finding this place! Hidden gem downtown. The atmosphere is amazing. The lady who helped me was so kind and informative. I love that I can come here, get a healthy smoothie or smoothie bowl, and workout. Yes, they have an ENTIRE gym in the back. All u have to do is buy a drink or bowl. They also have machines strategically located at tables so u can get those steps in. 10/10 recommend!
