All the staff is amazing. We go twice a week and never had a bad experience. It's a fun place to hang out.

What us not to like about this fun, crazy place? The cost. Other than that, what a blast!

Just about the worst bowling experience you can imagine. The lanes have.... never been oiled? The pin setters frequently just drop pins. Sometimes the pin setters don't retract all the way and obscure your view of the pins. 60 dollars an hour for lanes that are decaying from neglect is pretty sad.

While the place itself its very welcoming and the staff is friendly the prices for the small things are high. The ping pong is $25/hr.

Best office holiday party we’ve had. Whirly Ball was more fun than expected; and those who didn’t want to do whirly ball were bowling. The food was just average, but the staff was attentive, would definitely go here again.

I brought a group here to bowl. It was a last minute decision and they could accommodate 12 of us.

They staff is young, but friendly. We got set up on a couple of lanes and had loads of problems. But, they handled it well. They tried to get the lanes fixed and when they couldn't, they moved us and restarted our time. Then, we were sent over a large pan of nachos. A sweet gesture of goodwill.

The alley itself doesn't appear to be oiled so if you are a bowler, use a house ball. Trust me. LOL Straight ball, or curve, its going in the gutter until you use the house ball.

There was no food/drink service our entire time, save for the free nachos, and some of my group was annoyed because they had to go to the bar, but, all in all we had a great time and the staff did their best to make good the situation.

I wouldn't join a bowling league here, but to come for a night out with friends, sure.

I was there one evening, and there was this man who had terrible customer service. I believe he was the manager, Jason was his name. He was unbelievably rude he ignored me and couldn’t help me with my bowling lanes. I just packed my stuff and ended up leaving. I wish I could give this place a zero instead really should work on your customer service especially as a manager.

But I was wrong. I thought they had closed and I got a message saying they were, in fact, open, so I wanted to write a review right away so that people can check it out!!

WhirlyBall Entertainment Center is an absolute blast for the whole family! The games are incredibly fun and engaging, making it a perfect spot for all ages. Whether you're into WhirlyBall itself, laser tag, or any of the other activities, there's something for everyone.

The food is also fantastic – a great selection of delicious options that make for a satisfying meal after an exciting day of play. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a fun, family-friendly place with great food, WhirlyBall Entertainment Center is the place to be!

Great pricing and I love the retro feel of the place. It's humongous with lots of things to do. Only did bowling, but will be back for ping pong, bumper cars and definitely the bar too. My drink was awesome. Service was also great! Definitely recommend this place if you need a chill place to relax and have some fun with your favorite people.

Couldn't get a drink at the bar for the entire 3 hours I was there.
