A lady named Jessica took my order and was very rude on the phone and when I went to pick up my order I saw her snatch what looked like seasoning out of one of he employees hands. The food had no flavor and was cold even for having to wait for it to be completed. For the price, go to Buffalo Wild Wings.

We come here quite often and we always get greeted right away! The wings are delicious, especially if they are extra crispy. Hot buffalo and Sweet pepper Thai are my favorite flavors. The service here is usually amazing, Kayla and Lily are always so helpful and kind! We love coming to Springs Wings! They are little expensive but the wings are worth it!

Paid $25 for wings & green chili fries, only to get home to regular fries. Tried calling, no answer. Drove 30 minutes out of my way too.

First Time here , my husband and I tried the wings , chicken strips and fried mushrooms . Service is awesome !!! We will be back again 😉

Stopped in here for lunch the other day and it was a great experience! Service and food were good too! Just a heads up, if you go for lunch, it can get pretty crowded, so go a little earlier!

Voicemail memory is full. I called around 10 times so obviously we’re not checking voicemails. You guys are missing a lot of business and didn’t even give me a military discount because I left my ID after calling 100 times. Love the food hate the service

Wings are cooked well but the overall experience matches most dining experiences in Colorado Springs.... mid and overpriced. Having never tasted pepper jelly, I asked if there was a way to sample and was told no (not even a drop to spare). I asked for all flats, was told yes, and was given more drums than flats (seemed intentional), and the ranch is definitely cut with water. If this isnt true, then it is the weirdest tasting ranch that I've ever had.

I ordered the cheese burger and had to add fries and a drink for an additional $5.25. The hamburger patty was small and the order of fries was just a small handful. Definitely not worth the $14.50 price.

Best finding of our entire trip. Stopped by for wings but found great menu and staff. All food was amazing! Wish we lived closer. Recommend to everyone.

The wings here are amazing—definitely the best in town. However, the customer service is downright awful. There are things you say and do in front of a customer, and things you keep to yourself until they leave. You should never let your frustration show, but this employee just didn’t care. She was rude, her facial expressions were rude, she slammed the receipt down on the counter at the end and because of that, I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone like I always did! It’s such a shame to have someone like that representing your business. And if she IS the owner then that’s even sadder. You really need an attitude adjustment when working with the public.
