Love, love, love:…living in CaÑon City, I don’t have the pleasure of just stopping by. However, whenever I do….I absolutely love it 🥰 The only thing I am missing, is Tortenboden and Mettwurst.

What a unique place to visit in the Springs! It's so cool hearing the staff and customers chatting in German. The pastries are delightful, and the food truck outside has amazing lunch. The Bavarian Sandwich with fries is phenomenal and huge. Definitely will be coming back to stock up again soon!

Wimberger's has been a part of my family's life since we moved from Munich in 1974. My mother, Renate, would always gather Kaisers, brot, meats, wieners, and cheeses, along with marzipan and other sweets, for Christmas Eve. Regular trips during the rest of the year were always highly anticipated.

I'm happy to say that the traditions still hold. I make my annual pilgrimage for Christmas Eve supplies and, though much less frequently, try to visit...
