I order wing stop because of the wings but most importantly the ranch. I was disappointed to get home and realize they did not put my ranch (I ordered extra) in my order. I don’t live down the street either, it’s about 15 minutes away from my home. I know it sounds silly but my dinner was not as enjoyable. I called over to see if they could deliver my ranch somehow but they were unable to. They offered a refund for the ranch but I feel like I should’ve had my whole order...

Food is fresh. But dont order from the app and expect it to be ready by the time it says it'll be ready. Every time my family orders on the app for this location we wait the time it says to wait. When we walk in and say that we're there to pickup, they then start making it. Why even give us an estimated time of it being ready when we still have to go in and wait double the time? I thought the first or second time was just a fluke, but now it's the third or fourth...

We always have a great experience at this location! Food is hot and delicious! We never miss stuff in the pick-up orders, and we sometimes eat in and it's clean and the workers are nice and friendly. We will keep coming back to this location!
