Ridiculous! I’ve worked many fast food/ customer service jobs that being said I have no idea how the food can be so bad!!! I asked for my fries and wings extra crispy in return I got fries so soggy I picked one up and it fell in my lap!!!! All you guys have to do is put out new fries with new orders. Let me not forget to mention that my wings were also soggy! Who wants soggy wings and fries. 😭 the service was fast however I would not have minded waiting for freshish food. They need a manager to manage them.

Ordered online but for some reason they got my name and number of wings right but they didn’t coat them at all in any sauce despite the order saying it should be honey bbq. So over a dozen bone dry wings and the absolute worse bits of fried chicken they called boneless. Literally bone dry wings it’s literally pointless. Not sure how that slipped but it did and cost $30 with a tip.

French fries are hit and miss with being soggy to warm nearly every order in the evening. Food tastes good when it’s prepared correctly & lately it’s been good. Please cook the french fries to order as much as possible so they are crispy. I order extra crispy fries every time please look out for how long they sit under the heat lamp. Thx

Amazing service!! I’m very very pregnant and I also have a toddler, we came in to pick up our food that was freshly done as we came in. The wonderful gentleman that served me also fixed my fountain drinks and carried everything to my car for me. SUPER sweet and kind! Food was also perfect and fresh!

The food I ordered was boneless wings and 2 sauces. I got sick from the wings that same night. When I went back the next day to talk to the manager they weren’t there but I left my information for them to call. I never heard anything from the manager. I will never go back.

Seems like every time I go to this place the food gets a bit worse. I don't even want to imagine where they got the carrots from. Suffice it to say, they were bad. Poorly handled. The taste of them? Don't think I have ever had worse... I also ordered 20 mixed flavored wings. I chose this place because I was hoping that I wouldn't have to settle for mediocre. Like from Walmart's deli. These wings actually made me wish I had gone to Walmart. I chose 4 flavors. Mild buffalo, garlic Parmesan, mango habanero, and lemon pepper. The flavors were okay but the wings were significantly overcooked. This made the meat hard. Actually causing teeth and gum discomfort when attempting to chew. This is your namesake product and this is all you do. All day and evening long. How can you still not have this down to a science? Is it really that difficult? I was able to suffer through two of them and three more were missing, so five were eaten by a house full of people at the football party. Was running late and this place was the closest to the ultimate destination. I don't care what the reason is or what happens in the future, this will 100% be my last visit to this location. It's really a shame when one will choose Walmart deli over your store. You really should be ashamed.
Vegetarian options: Uncertain.
Parking: The parking lot has more craters than the moon and has been that way for years. Lousy food and possible front end, tire, and suspension damage. There's a combination from the pit of hell...
Kid-friendliness: I suppose you can bring your children here, even though I wouldn't.
