In reality, this is not a place that one would walk into with high expectations in regards to service. No fault of owner or management, per se, but I expect the available workforce in this sector is limited. Mostly limited by good applicants and hard workers. In the last 6 months I have been to this establishment 4-5 times and every time I have gotten excellent service by those working the front counter. Much appreciated!

was just at wing stop for over 30 mins after the food was already done bc not only was the staff rude and ignored me for 10 min while talking to other customers whom had walked in after me.. I asked over 7 times for my order she picked it up each time and told me no it wasn't ready then finally another staff member picked it up and handed it to me food was cold and ruined. if you dont want you blood pressure up dont go there..

Few months back or so, who I’m assuming is the manager weirdly accused/alluded to me not being the person picking up my order despite showing my phone for proof by saying “you’re sure that’s you?” or “you sure that’s your name?” . Way to be weirdly racist and I’ve avoided going to this location since then. Food is always mid anyhow too.

I give 1 star on atmosphere because: I came in and ordered $27 of food and asked to use the restroom. I was told the restrooms were closed for the night .. it's only 11pm and they're open til 1 am!
I'll revise my review to 5 stars when you change your policy on closing the restrooms.
We came from Dallas and we stopped by this place. The food was amazing, and Jorge Gonzalez, the manager, is super friendly. We’re definitely coming back!

I come here very often I work in the restaurant industry as well, today I went in and I was sooo disappointed with the service the girl that got my order (Sherlyn) I think thats what the ticket says just kept on rolling her eyes at me because I switched something with my order I guess she has no patience well this job isn’t for you. NASTY ATTITUDE. find something where you don’t have to deal with people lady.
