These employees do no care about the customer in any way shape or form. I was picking up an order for Uber Eats. First the employees were all on there phone arguing about who was going to help me and the person behind me. Next they refused to make the drinks and handed me the cups. After that, they refused to give me two cup holders. Only gave me one, even though I had 2 drinks for one order and 1 for the other. The bags weren’t sealed either. I had to seal them myself. I went back to the counter to then ask for a seal on the cups but they refused to come up. Therefore, I grabbed the seals on the register myself and sealed the drinks since the employees refuse to do there jobs. Horrible experience. Fire and replace these individuals

The food and service was good. I called in my order. You are asked if you would like to add ranch, I said no. The reason is because they charge you 1.99 for small condiment cup. You can buy a whole bottle for that price. Didn’t check my order or receipt until I got home... Ranch was in the bag and I was charged for it.

DO NOT order the chicken sandwich!!! This had to be the grossest chicken I've had in my life! The chicken was rubbery and chewy that it's not even edible. I'm convinced that it's not even real chicken.... That bad! Never again

We went to eat this afternoon and the wings hurt me, I don't know if they were undercooked or the oil they used or something bad in them hurt me, terrible food. They don't cook with hygiene

Service was good and friendly but they took forever to make my order and I looked in there and seen some of them on their phone and working incredibly slow. When I once worked at a wingstop it was all about speed and providing the best service food wise and customer wise towards the customer. These employees need to get it together.

I'm not sure how this location has 4.2 ratings. Came here tonight for the first time and waited 40 minutes during a dinner rush (which is understandable). AFTER the dinner rush was over, there were still several individuals that were walk ins that received their order before us and in much larger quantities.
Following up with our food, we were informed that the kitchen was waiting on the fries. Keep in mind that as they were saying this, another group of walk-ins received their food before us.
When we tried to request for a refund, the cashier at the front turned on his camera, pretending to call someone and informed us that the refund will take 3 to 5 business days and reiterated that they were still waiting on the fries.
Another 10 minutes, just before we received our food, the person handing us the food ripped off the receipt off of the bag. At first I paid no mind to it, but after going on their website to file a complaint, I noticed that the website was asking for a transaction number -- the one found on the receipt.
The order was wrong and the fries were undercooked for how long we were 'waiting on the fries'.

This is disgusting . How do you serve wings in a pile of grease. Who is running this store? Thank God over refunded my money back. Never going here again. It’s hard to find good food in Colorado. Period.

Order 3 8 piece combos in store when the place was dead. Order took 50 minutes and multiple people came in, ordered, and got their food before us. My brownie was also two days expired. Not okay.
