I ordered through the app. The driver took forty extra minutes on a five minute delivery and gave me someone else's order.

C crew on duty Sundays. It's unfortunate dashers can't confirm you've done your job correctly. There's no accountability. Never order delivery from here. Are you under the same management of the location on Academy? Because that would explain a lot.

Awesome place to sit back and unwind

Literally were the only 2 customers in here and standing at the register to order. The girl with the long pony tail braid walked up, didn't say a word, pulled out her phone, and read/responded to text messages first and then decided to take our order. 35 dollars for 14 chicken wings, some French fries and a drink. Over priced and horrible service.

They are actually dumb with orders and don’t know how to do anything and tried to take my money and play me like I’m dumb don’t order delivery u will get scammed and I found a nail in my voodoo fries once not even joking.

Food is amazing- they never mess up my order BUT THE WATER IS TAINTED. I think there is chemicals in the water. Taste it. It taste The way that cleaning chemicals smell. But the water has no smell itself. It’s shared with the Minute Maid, but it’s not the lemonade flavor that’s making the water taste like that.. it’s a chemical taste that left a numb burning sensation on my tongue/ throat. this needs to be investigated for Fear of contamination. I hope I didn’t drink too much to cause issues. What do you clean your soda machines with? Management please reply. Thank you

Husband and I ordered online for delivery. After 45 minutes the “delivery driver” said he was broken down on the side of the road and that he was going to get gas and then bring us our food but the order was cancelled. We called wingstop and they said sorry we have no control who picks up your food and we can’t refund you but you can place another order. Never got our food from the driver and we are out the money.
We understand they have no control once it’s in the dashers hands, but we didn’t place the order through DoorDash, so there was no trace of our order there and they aren’t in charge of refunding or helping with the order. The order was through wingstops website, and they were useless. We didn’t ask for DoorDash to deliver, that’s just who they use. Thanks wingstop for the service and customer support.

Worst service ever I paid almost $100 worth of wings and for all for them to mess up my order and not take responsibility of directions. It’s really messed up. I will never go to this location ever.

my experience eating here was absolutely amazing. The costumer service was on point by Karla and Joselyn. They were patiently waiting for us to order since this was my family and my first time eating at wingstop. definitely coming back to this wingstop to try different flavors!!

Ordered a 20 piece and got nothing but super small flats with broken bones and feathers on them. Whoever cooked the food tonight should be fired!

I was craving wings and I don’t even eat Wingstop on a regular.. And this definitely doesn’t make me want to start. Not to mention the wings had little no lemon pepper. Got 20 for $20 we threw out more than half.. Such a waste! They weren’t good at all!

If you’re Door Dashing your food from here, some of your items may be missing. I’m a dasher and every time I come here to pick up food orders they always have something missing from the orders.

Everytime I eat from here they skimp out on the dry rub seasoning, even when extra is requested! Never again!

Whoever is on staff for tonight 05/22/25 deserves raises!!!!!! I’ve rarely have wing stop the way they prepared it. The voodoo fries actually looked pic perfect with the perfect amount of sauces and seasonings a the wings I should have gotten more they were best wings I’ve had coming out of wing stop. Good good yall!!!!!!
