The staff gave no attention to the take out order I placed, which was the same order as last week when I walked in to place the order and all was well. I asked for the chicken and fries to be cooked longer than normal, with each cooked less than normal. I asked for a normal amount of seasoning, with a large volume and salt the result. I asked for blue cheese dressing, but received ranch dressing. When I was unable to Oder extra Original Hot sauce online, I was charged separately at pickup when asked for in person and having paid online when I placed the order. Again, it wasn’t available to me online. Now that we’re all paying tips that we didn’t before COVID, how about earning it! What a significant disappointment!

Delivered totally wrong order for dinner for the family. I called and was treated rudely over the phone. DOORDASH delivers for them but will not help when the restaurant gives dasher wrong food. Supervisor girl on phone said come get your order that’s only recourse. So I go get families dinner. 77 dollars spent for that meal that still had missing items because the packer left food out. I gave up then. The food gods had cursed this wingstop. Karma will handle the rudeness from staff. Doordash does not support this restaurant so if you order delivery cross your fingers!!

Took my money. Didn’t deliver the food. Struggled to get a refund or credit. So far not resolved. Used them in the past and usually they forget the drink or the order is wrong. Do not recommend.

Really? Ordered via DoorDash. Called after drive waited 46 minutes for food. Was told it would be another 30-45 minutes before they start my order. If you can’t fulfill orders turn off DoorDash. All these orders get canceled by the driver. Then they blame it on the football game. I guess these were all surprise games. Go elsewhere. I promise your order will be canceled.

This location is horrible with getting orders out on time. It's not the employees' fault; the owner or manager should have more people on staff. Especially during football season. We placed an order for pick up at 5:30pm. The order wasn't ready to go until 6:40pm. There were several angry customers in the lobby, complaining about their orders and the amount of time they were waiting. I also have an issue with this location not cooking wings to order. I always order them well done, to prevent them from being undercooked and chewy. Several times my request was ignored, despite me calling in orders over the phone to ensure it was not missed while ordering online. I know my business will not bankrupt Wingstop, but I will not order from them again.

I want to give the biggest props to the team working today between 5 and 7, on the first Sunday of the NFL season, and even though there were customers who were frustrated beyond belief of how long they were waiting, you guys didn't give up. You kept going and you did you're best so thank you for making this delicious food.

Utterly underwhelming experience at this Wingstop location. Service was lackluster, and the food arrived in a state that can only be described as chaotic. The staff's apparent unfamiliarity with basic order-taking protocols didn't exactly inspire confidence. Unless you're a fan of culinary catastrophe, it's best to steer clear of this particular outpost.

I usually love Wing Stop but this location is not it. Dry wings, cold soggy fries, bad customer service, not worth the money. Golden flame wins this one and has been winning all year. Take my money!

Decided to eat in and order took forever. Apparently they only make one orders one at a time and all the call in orders were being made 1st. In addition all the dinning tables and the drink table were absolutely filthy. We had to clean our table just to eat.

Tonight the pos taking orders on the phone more than rude should not be in customer service at all also what kind of wing store sells you carrots and celery and charges for dressing that's like buying a salad and telling me its 3 dollars more if you want some dressing can't believe the extras ty hey charge you for !!!! For the owner hire people with people skills and stop charging for dressing that's a joke you should be ashamed
