I don’t even do reviews but this was a must. The guy I spoke to , today and last night was very unprofessional and hung up on me today. So my food was not prepared properly, I asked for boneless mild wings and I got plain chicken nuggets. I even called and spoke to a shift lead about the situation and he tells me today I needed to have the food in hand to get a refund or for them to remake my food. None of this information was told to me yesterday when I spoke to him on the phone. Pictures have been attached. One thing that pissed me off, the GM and the managers wouldn’t allow my pictures, so here they are. I will never eat here again and I see all the reviews are bad.

We placed an order a week in advance for pick up on Super Bowl Sunday at 4pm. My husband waited 2 hrs for our order!! Absolutely ridiculous. We are starting to watch the Super Bowl and hour and a half late thanks to their incompetence. You know it is your busiest day, be prepared! We ordered in advance for a reason. Never again!

So my 93 yr old mother wanted to have some wings for the family gathering at her home the evening before a funeral. I suggested she go early and order them early. She ordered and paid for them on 2/4/2025. For pickup at 5pm on 2/5/2025. Arrived and the counter person said they were not aware of the order but the could have it ready in 20 min. So have 16 family members waiting for food. Mom spent lot of money, for added stress and lame sorry.
They didn't offer discount, or even to comp a couple bottles of soda. Not even something to drink while I waited. Don't plan your parties here!!!! NEVER AGAIN! Wing stop #143. operated by sizzling wings LLC.

DO NOT GET FOOD HERE...ID RATE THIS PLACE -5 STARS IF I COULD. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Wingstop. Waiting an hour just for an order of fries is absolutely unacceptable. Simple orders like this should not take so long. The lack of urgency and efficiency from the staff was frustrating, and it ruined my experience. If you value your time, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I am really upset about my meal I picked up this evening at around 4:30. I got a boneless meal deal and my parter had some what KINDA decent wings and mine had NO chicken in them they where very small ALL BREADING. I can’t even eat my meal and we spent almost 25 Dollars . They fries are cut so thick and aren’t very seasoned I’m extremely upset with my meal . The guy in the front told people he couldn’t take their orders and refused and said they should place them online if they wanted anything. I’m very disappointed.

Ordered online pickup, when I arrived at my pick up time there was a customer in front of me so I waited, when I was called up the cashier told me that all he had to do was bag up my order. So I waited as he took the next customer and then after that he asked what my name was again and said that the fries were not ready, so I waited for another 3 mins. Once I got home and started eating my meal I discovered a hair in my fry’s. Disgusting and grossed out I didn’t even finish my meal which I waited over the ETA.

Yesterday My teenage son wanted dinner at Wingstop so I sent him in to get his meal and saw that it came to $30. When he came out to the car, I asked him why it was so expensive and he didn’t really know so I went inside and found out that he had ordered the meal for two, I explained to them that he got confused and ordered the wrong thing and the manager there, I’m assuming she was the manager, Was so kind and helped Right away. She refunded the amount. We will continue to eat there and direct people to that restaurant, that was one of the best experiences I have had. My son said the food was great as well 😊

I have noticed that every time I place an online carry out order at this location there is always items missing from my order. I now double check my order at pick up. This is really inconvenient and unacceptable customer service. I really think corporate needs to asses who is managing this location and probably remove them from position.

This place was gross. Lady cooking the fries had her hands in the sink touching whatever and then walks to the fry station, smooths out all the fries with the same gloves touching them all, then puts them in the oil. Took 5 minutes for anyone to even come to the register, and when the lady comes up she is sick as a dog. I asked her if she was sick, she says yes smiling like it’s funny. I turned and walked out. Terrible experience.

I’m giving this place two stars only because the young lady at the front had amazing customer service. This is the second weekend in a row ordering wings that were not well done. Last weekend on the 14th, thought well maybe it’s because we ordered through DoorDash, which shouldn’t be the case but you never know. Tried again tonight 12/22 and went to go pick the order up personally. Once again the wings were not well done and had to put them in the air fryer. Why can this location not make well done wings?! Oh and there barely was any seasoning on the wings both times. I know it gets busy but you should consistently get your food orders right! Unfortunately you consistently get it wrong. I couldn’t recommend this location if I tried.

Third time ordering from this wing stop because my family likes their tenders... But every time we order, the extra sauce and dips and a side we order don't come with our chicken. Getting ripped off is never ok! Spending over$100, just to get half of our order! Will not be ordering from here again!!!!!!

You can trust that if someone orders voodoo fries they would like to have plenty of cheese and dressing and spices on their fries. They order voodoo fries because they don’t want regular fries. But every time we order voodoo fries from this particular location, there’s maybe 2 tablespoons of cheese and 2 tablespoons of dressing and forget the spices. I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and got powder Parmesan barely on the wings and no butter was touching my wings. They were basically classic plain wings. No surprises, you can always count on this location, doing everything halfway.

I put a specific pick up time and I had to wait because they were cleaning up the entire floor, all the workers were covered in water and had squeegee’s trying to clean the floor at 7:15 PM. Seems a little early to me to be doing cleaning. I was supposed to get eight hot wings and they consider these three wings I guess. I would say they’re about half of a bite super disappointed that I paid for 99% breading.
