We ordered online through Wingstop website, only to find out later that our delivery service was through a third-party. Our order was not correct, and it was clear that my daughter was not going to be able to partake in our family feast because everything was covered in red hot buffalo sauce. So naturally, I called the store and they did put me directly through to the manager on duty. She explained to me that there wasn’t much she could do with the order going through DoorDash. Knowing that we pay extra for DoorDash on the side and 98% of the time our order is jacked… I was a little sad that somehow I thought this would be different. But the manager on duty (And I am literally mad at myself for forgetting her name) m took it upon herself to personally deliver our correct order so that my daughter could eat what she had originally wanted (plain wings… No sauce). She went out of her way and above and beyond— And when I talk about legit customer service… This is what I mean. If you can remember who I am in and chime in with your name, friend—- in the comments, I would love to give you your proper praise! The food was delicious! And I didn’t have to make my daughter a peanut butter and jelly sandwich as the rest of us got down on some hot wings. And you cannot beat that ranch sauce. We will always go back to our local Wing Stop 🫶🫶🙌🙌

The manager here is rude, speaks down to you. They are slow, they charge 22$ for 6 wings, the wings have no sauce on them and I received no dips. I think had to go in circles with the manager from this store. It’s clear they’re not paid enough to care. PS I took pictures at the north academy store and WILL be reporting you. That place is filthy and you are in violation of multiple codes. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Wings were hard and dry. They messed up the order as well. Overly expensive for what you get.

I normally never have an issues with this Wingstop. But today I was a bit disappointed, my wings weren't shaken in the sauce. It was kinda just dropped on top. They were cold and I was shorted a wing lol it shouldn't be a big deal, but they were on the smaller size so missing a wing sucked. My fries that I requested extra seasoning had none, but they were extra crispy so I enjoyed that. I did ubereats my food, but I can honestly say I've never gotten cold wings before from a location just up the road. Hopefully next time is better
I had the worst experience ever with this location. I placed an order for delivery and the order was correct on my receipt—I have ordered the same thing the same way for years but they messed it up. When I called they told me I could bring the old order in and they would correct order. It’s Mother’s Day I’m a mother, which is why I had the order delivered. The employee then suggested the only other option was to call Instacart/Uber Eats claiming that it wasn’t delivered. I told her that I am not going to lie on a delivery driver who did their job or cause another organization to lose money over their mistake.
When I asked to speak with a supervisor or general manager I was told they didn’t have one. they finally tried to offer me a credit, but I would never trust them to make my food or any business who would that would promote defrauding another business over $30.
Just a horrible experience across-the-board. The last couple of times I've came. I've had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my online order. At least not to mention the condition. The store was in was horrible and my fries were cold to the point where I love wingstop, but I probably just won'come back to this one
I ordered 30 wings and veggies, when I got home I was missing 10 boneless and immediately called them. I was told to double check my order because they verify every order that goes out . 100% I didn't miss 10 boneless wings. They put me on hold and never came back. Won't be back, very unprofessional I hope the owners see this...
I don’t even do reviews but this was a must. The guy I spoke to , today and last night was very unprofessional and hung up on me today. So my food was not prepared properly, I asked for boneless mild wings and I got plain chicken nuggets. I even called and spoke to a shift lead about the situation and he tells me today I needed to have the food in hand to get a refund or for them to remake my food. None of this information was told to me yesterday when I spoke to him on the phone. Pictures have been attached. One thing that pissed me off, the GM and the managers wouldn’t allow my pictures, so here they are. I will never eat here again and I see all the reviews are bad.

We placed an order a week in advance for pick up on Super Bowl Sunday at 4pm. My husband waited 2 hrs for our order!! Absolutely ridiculous. We are starting to watch the Super Bowl and hour and a half late thanks to their incompetence. You know it is your busiest day, be prepared! We ordered in advance for a reason. Never again!

Wings were okay. Talk about cold nasty soggy French fries. They are like that everytime. This location has lost my business.
So my 93 yr old mother wanted to have some wings for the family gathering at her home the evening before a funeral. I suggested she go early and order them early. She ordered and paid for them on 2/4/2025. For pickup at 5pm on 2/5/2025. Arrived and the counter person said they were not aware of the order but the could have it ready in 20 min. So have 16 family members waiting for food. Mom spent lot of money, for added stress and lame sorry.
They didn't offer discount, or even to comp a couple bottles of soda. Not even something to drink while I waited. Don't plan your parties here!!!! NEVER AGAIN! Wing stop #143. operated by sizzling wings LLC.

DO NOT GET FOOD HERE...ID RATE THIS PLACE -5 STARS IF I COULD. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Wingstop. Waiting an hour just for an order of fries is absolutely unacceptable. Simple orders like this should not take so long. The lack of urgency and efficiency from the staff was frustrating, and it ruined my experience. If you value your time, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I am really upset about my meal I picked up this evening at around 4:30. I got a boneless meal deal and my parter had some what KINDA decent wings and mine had NO chicken in them they where very small ALL BREADING. I can’t even eat my meal and we spent almost 25 Dollars . They fries are cut so thick and aren’t very seasoned I’m extremely upset with my meal . The guy in the front told people he couldn’t take their orders and refused and said they should place them online if they wanted anything. I’m very disappointed.
