The experience can expressed as GOD AWFUL. I ordered a 15 piece for 2. A sandwich combo. 4:29pm took 45 mins. That is absolutely terrible. The blaring static of hit and miss country music from the radio. Absolutely insane. Asking what happened to my order.NOT CLEAN!!!Recommending another location if WingStop is your thing.Dried out bun. And fila of chicken was tar-ish, stringy, not fresh. Sitting for hours soaked cooking oil.Wings. Fresh. Hot. Full of sauce as expected.A lot of room for improvements all around.0.8 / 10

This was our first time ordering from this location. We placed a ToGo order for 2 6piece chicken wing combo meals. Please tell me why they would combine both of the chicken wing orders together in one! My daughter who is severely allergic to garlic, now can’t eat her plain wings because they combined it with the other 6-piece order which contain garlic in the sauce. No other locations have I seen when you order 2 separate combo meals, combine the meals together in 1 box. We will stick to other locations.

I politely asked the young man if they would be willing to cook the wings longer because I ordered well done wings, he went to the thin young lady in the back to ask her and she loudly said go get the receipt if the receipt says well done then I’ll do it, he takes her the receipt and then she says tell her it’ll be 20 more minutes then she stood back there talking loudly about me in Spanish with the nastiest attitude ever, she kept looking at me and then the other employees looked at me while she continued to take trash in Spanish simply because I kindly asked for my food to be prepared the way I ordered it and paid for it. If she had a issue with me she could’ve talk trash in English where I could understand the things she was saying, this is why ppl should use English if they’re that upset because we could’ve discussed it like adults. The restaurant was packed and she was upset that they were being slammed. I didn’t even get the veggie sticks until I asked for them. I will be calling corporate, I also recorded her.

Worst customer service EVER!!! We ordered 2 orders of fries and 2 orders of wings online. When my husband picked up the order they handed him two bags. He gets home and there are no wings in the bags. He called and was nice and explained that he didn’t get the wings and asked if they could remake the order, he was told by the shift lead that they wouldn’t remake the whole order just the wings. He said Forget it because eating hour old fires is gross. I called a lot less nice I will admit, was told to just eat the fries now…. Who does that! Then we were told that they wouldn’t issue a refund because there wasn’t a manager on duty and we would have to call back tomorrow. Hopefully not all wingstops operate this poorly, but we will never go back to a single one of that is company policy.

The absolute worst service I've ever experienced at ANY type of store. My son and I went in a bit before 6 pm and ordered as a walk in. We were told it'd be a 15-20 minute wait, which I expected. We waited for over 75 minutes for our meal. They straight up were lying to people about wait times. They were still telling people 15-20 minutes after we'd been waiting an hour! After waiting over 50 minutes, I went and ordered veggies to hold over my very hungry child thinking that would be out quickly at least. It took them 30 minutes to get us carrots and celery- and they didn't even get us ranch.The ice machine wasn't working which they didn't mention until after we bought drinks and tried to get ice. Who drinks warm Coke? Not me. They literally suggested that if I wanted ice I should got ask SUBWAY!When we finally got out food, IT WAS WRONG. I ordered an original hot, a BBQ and a lemon pepper. The only correct flavor we got was BBQ. The fries were also cold.When I asked to speak to a manager I was informed there was not one in store.

I was super disappointed tonight. We came in and ordered then sat down. Another couple came in after us. Our food still didn't come out when the other couple's did. We went to check on it and the employees were just standing around cutting up. Finally an employee who was on break came to help us and our food had been sitting for a while. The fries were cold!!! I wonder how long we would have waited had we not checked on it???

Ordered a 30 pack of boneless wings for an event and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wings. They did not skimp on the sauce, which I appreciated. A lot of wing places leave the chicken dry and sauceless. The only thing I’d recommend is not getting any fries to-go. I’m sure that the fries are okay if eating in-person, but when taken to-go, even only 15 minutes away, they were soggy and cold.

It is a staple chain-restaurant wing location. Some of the dry rub wings are a bit lacking, however the Cajun one is a fantastic stand out every time. The major drawback of this location is every couple of visits you'll receive under seasoned fries or cold ones. The chicken is always hot and made to order, just under seasoned on dry rub ones occasionally. I would like to give them a 3.5. They don't deserve a 4 but they are still a bit better than average.Vegetarian options: If you're vegan you have either celery sticks and carrots. Don't plan on any dipping sauce. They only have blue cheese and ranch both of which include dairy.Parking: Parking isn't great, but none of the parking in that shopping center is.
