The food was perfectly made, fresh, and flavorful. This is the best Wingstop I've ever experienced, hands down!

Food is great. They have the best fries among chicken wing places in the area. The placentables are not well bussed and expect your order to take at least 30 min. If you call an order in, you will be talking to a robot. Until I find a more reliable place, this is where I'll get my wings when I don't have the time to do so at home.

I placed a large order online for delivery. When the order arrived it was all over my porch. He left without even glancing in my direction.
One of the bags was open and the bottom was no longer on the bag. Sauce everywhere! I promptly sent a message to the door dasher (who is used for their delivery service) explaining that this was unacceptable with a reply of “sorry it slipped out of my hand”.
I called DoorDash and my husband called wingstop. DoorDash was basically saying they could do nothing for me as the customer but to contact wingstop.
The gentleman from wingstop who was on the phone with my husband was outstanding with his customer service and handled things extremely professionally. Remaking our food and sending a new person to deliver our food. No issues about the store itself only the fact that you use DoorDash for your delivery. Come on corporate there are much better companies who actually care about their customers. DoorDash is not the company to use if you want to keep our business
I ordered 40 boneless wings and they gave me bone in so first off they over charged me then gave me only 32 wings don’t know if I’ll ever go here again unless they make it right

The employees clearly do not care about their jobs. I waited for 5 minutes (no big deal they might have been taking online orders) well that indeed was not the case I was ignored and stared at until I left the place. I even told them I would like to place an order after waiting and was rudely told to wait. I'm super understanding. Some people have bad days and get slammed with work. That in this case was not it.

Check your order before you leave! You may not have a complete order in your sealed bag. I placed my order online and after I paid it said that "Your order will be ready in 20 to 25 minutes." I don't live that far from this Wingstop so I waited 20 minutes before I left my home. Walked into the restaurant and was told that my order will be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. Not a problem but why! While sitting there for 25 minutes, I observed all the cooks and the person running the front counter talking making jokes, goofing off in the kitchen area, laughing and cussing and swearing at each other. Not paying attention to what they are doing. After 25 minutes and they finally called me to the counter to tell me here is your order. Sealed up nicely in a paper bag with a sticker on it. The person at the counter looked at the receipt and said this is it. Well got in my car drove home and there were items missing from my order. If I was the owner of this franchise or the manager of the franchise I would sit these kids down and give them a good speech on customer service. Have them do their jobs pay attention and make sure everyone's order is correct. After I got home and realized there was items missing I called and the person at the counter answered the phone and I told him that there was items missing. He said no, everything was in your bag I said no there are items missing so he said hold on and let me go check. He came back and asked what was missing and I let him know he put me on hold again and after 5 minutes he came back again and said do you want credit or would you like to come back and pick your order up. I said I would like to pick my wife's dinner up and I will be down here as soon as possible. He says it will be 20 minutes I said no I am not waiting 20 more minutes because I am not eating my dinner and it's going to be cold by the time I come and pick up her dinner and get home to eat mine. He said thank you and hung up the phone. Got in the car drove down there and it was the same person that helped me 15 minutes prior to that and he looked at me and said how can I help you and I said I am here to pick up my wife's order that was not in my bag turn around and looked at the area where the orders are placed in bags and searched and finally found it and handed it to me. I said Thank you and he said nothing. No apology! These young kids that are running this place at night need a good talking to by owner or manager or whoever is in charge of this place. Looks like more of a play area than a restaurant. Somebody needs to train them better in customer service and how to pay attention to a patrons order. I think I'll be going to the other Wingstop from now on which is farther away from where I live. Hope this gets fixed somehow.
