Service is so incredibly slow here. It’s just a bunch of young teens-20 twenty somethings that are playing around instead of actually working. They tell you your order is only a couple minutes from being ready and before you know it it’s been more than 20 minutes. It’s nothing against young people because Chick-fil-A can hire a bunch of young people and their service is excellent. It would be nice if the manager was more on top of the staff and maybe the service will improve. For now I’ll have to go to another location that has better service.

I walk in 20 min after my online order. Ask the front counter if my order is ready. Noticed a big bag of completed food on the shelf. Girl walks to the back and says “not ready yet”. So I waited 30 min….and then they grab the bag that was sitting there the entire time, and give it to me…..and then say, “oh sorry, didn’t know you were here. Pretty moronic. Lmao.

You finally raised your prices to the point that you priced yourself out of your class of restaurant. For the money there are vastly better choices for dinner.I’ll never eat at a Wingstop again, it really was never that good in the first place so no love lost.I hope and bet your new business model fails.

The food is pretty good. However this is the second time I’ve ordered thru the wingstop app and no drink has been dropped off. Why are you charging for drinks and delivery fees if you aren’t ever bringing the drinks. I Shoukd do it through grubhub next time so I can get a refund for failed service if not bringing my items. I’d love it for someone to let me know why I’m being charged for drinks if they can’t be left at my door step.

(2/11/24 - Super Bowl):First problem: I believe my large online order (75pc family pack) of wings were prepared far too long before my pickup time (4p I arrived exactly at) in order to get ahead of the no doubt abundant Super Bowl orders. The cold wings completely derailed the flavor & brand association for Wingstop (I know ya'll can & have done better than this).Second problem: I believe the other X-factor in the equation was all of the ice cold veggies being placed right in the same bags on top of what was supposed to be my hot food (How long have ya'll been doing this?). Fries were soggy, wings were cold. We were obviously hungry by the time I brought them home (which is only about a 5m drive) so we ate them as-is.The $132.92 (not cheap esp. in this economy) I spent felt like I should've spent no more than $20 on this meal. Huge value perception disparity.Oh yeah, & the restaurant forgot to include my large order of corn so another added ding on the full value of what we expected from our expensive order.Terrible experience altogether. The associates were nice, so this doesn't reflect on the customer service as much as the process & outcome of your prime offering...hot, delicious food to enjoy during a memorable experience (e.g. Super Bowl). After I got home & realized the wings were cold & our corn was missing, I called & spoke with a mgr named Etana (Etan for short). He suggested I come in for a refund.(2/12/24 - Day after Super Bowl):I went back for refund, Etan wasn't there, but Sandra (another mgr) was there & got my order info. I asked if anything more can be done to make right, she said she'd try, but prob just be corn & could take til Wed. It's Thursday, so far, nothing.

We ordered from here 10 minutes before arriving and waited thirty five minutes in the lobby when it wasn’t very busy. The take out time was 18 minutes. Four people were behind the counter and only one was working. Two of the female employees were doing each others hair in the back where you could see them. We usually love WS but it’s gone way down hill.

I went in at 9pm after work and ordered the garlic Parmesan wings. And I woke up with food poisoning, most sick I’ve ever been in my life.

Very good service and very good food. I ordered ahead, and when I arrive, my food was ready. Thank you will be back soon!

I ordered the chicken sandwich combo meal and ate half of it. Then I went to the bathroom and came back out and find out that they threw out my food while I was in the bathroom. I have never been so disrespected at a restaurant in my life. I will never go back. I highly recommend that you save your time and money and avoid this place.

Called in an order, got a total for the order and they said I could pay in person. Great! Showed up to the store 20 mins later, my order was somehow never rung up. The girl working said she didn't take any phone orders but I showed her where I made a 2 min call to the store and she verified that was the right number to their store. So frustrating and no explanation for what happened.
