I ordered a delivery order on the Wingstop app. My order arrived and I noticed I was missing all of my french fries and veggie sticks. I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speak to the manager. I waited on hold for nine minutes. I ended up driving to the restaurant while still on hold once I was in the restaurant. The three employees were in the back talking. After a few minutes, Dan approached the counter. I asked him if he was aware that he had a customer on hold. He told me that his employee had told him that an Uber eats customer had an issue with delivery so that wasn’t his problem. He was just going to leave me on hold, not knowing that I was not an Uber eats customer when I told him that I was missing all of my fries and veggie sticks. He asked me what I expected him to do. I advised him it was my son‘s birthday, and I had children at my house who were hoping for their fries and veggie sticks after a few minutes of going back-and-forth, he happened to look at the bags and realized that one of my bags was still on the shelf. he then told me he was going to remake them for me. Once my fries were remade, the woman handed me the bag, and I asked for my veggie sticks as well. She told me he didn’t tell me no veggie sticks and walked away in the back. The manager told her to also give me my veggie sticks, so she finally brought them out. They offered no apology no resolution. We will not be returning
The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better
Wingstop has good fries good wings good food hot wings the best drinks the best dipping sauce and I like to eat Wingstop especially on game day

I go in for what looks to be a slow Monday night, there is one kid working there, I've waited awhile and he says he'll be right there, he comes over to the counter, to take my order, then run away again, there is one customer in the lobby. The employee comes over again and has time to talk with not only the person who just walked in but the other guy sitting who has noticed it's been almost 20min for me waiting to just get my order who is being talked to by the kid... I don't know if u need more staff or something I've been in that store packed on a weekend and at least got my order taken.
Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.
If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration
Boneless wings undercooked and crunchy in the middle. Puddle of grease in the bottom of containers.

French fries are horrible
The food is great but this is the second time that I order there and when I arrive to the restaurant they have me waiting more than 20 minutes even though I order ahead this is in Brownsville Texas by Southmost rd.
(Filmore location) We were very excited when this place opened up since the nearest one was not very close by. It's been open long enough to work out the kinks so I'm not sure where the disconnect is. The final straw for us is when we were not given our entire order of wings. We placed on order of 50 wings and were not given 10 wings. We called to bring it to their attention and hopefully find a way to rectify the miscalculation and might as well have been called liars as the manager stated their chef said they put the correct amount of wings in. We were told we would receive a partial refund for the 10 wings and that never happened. My advice: count your wings, they're expensive enough as it is. Their food is also inconsistent in quality. You either get them over cooked and under sauced or under cooked and over sauced.
ETA: 7mths ago a post was made about a similar experience so maybe the chef needs to re-learn how to count by 5s so this doesn't happen anymore.
