Ordered wow bao @ Zoup! on Interquest (north Colorado Springs) and disappointed is an understatement. I paid nearly $20 for a teriyaki chicken bowl and another $20 for a Kung pao chicken bowl with two bao’s and an order of 10 pc pot stickers.
The bowls were not even appetizing. We got scraps of chicken for each bowl and the meat was cold. There were 80% rice and 20% scraps of chicken.
The potstickers were okay and I guess my kid likes the bao (I personally didn’t try it) but if it was disappointing, I wouldn’t be surprised one bit.

Ordering from here has always been a nightmare. A majority of the time, my bao was undercooked and cold, sometimes frozen still in the middle. If I wanted microwaved bao, I’d buy some cheaper and better tasting ones from the Asian market.
Their other plates’ portions are incredibly small. They’re also often undercooked or even overcooked. Would not recommend.

I mean this was awful. I got the Kung Pao chicken and rice it came with 2 pieces of chicken. I paid 11 dollars for a bowl cold rice. Save your money.

I am contributing to the trend of providing a one-star rating, as it appears to be the prevailing sentiment among users.

Worst food ever. The rice was spoilt in the teriyaki bowl, had to trash it. Without checking the rating ordered through DoorDash!

I ordered the teriyaki and upgraded to fried rice. It was just a small portion of fried rice. There was no meat in it. The Bao buns were good. I would not order from here again. Uber needs to take them off of their service.

Portion size is ridiculously small for the cost.
The Rice was under cooked and the orange chicken was more breading than chicken. Never again.

I ordered on Uber Eats and the first time I ordered, they forgot to give my drive my bowl and potstickers so I got a refund. Once I reordered for those items, they almost forgot my potstickers again. Once I finally got my second order, my bowl had undercooked rice and it was filled with water, and my potstickers were dumplings instead. This is so expensive to end up being so bad.

Placed an order for pick up thru Uber eats went to pick it up and they gave my order to someone else. Waited over a hour for them to replace it and they kept coming up with excuses as to why they were taking so long and eventually said they ran out of rice. I wish I'd read the reviews before hand. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering.
We used to have this restaurant in Denver and it was delicious. They were a little sketchy and making sure the order was correct, but when it was correct, it was great. Seems they’re no longer in Denver and have relocated to Colorado Springs. Sad for the vegetarian bau lovers out there.

Rice hard and not fully cooked. Lots of excess water in bowl.Sides of bao were cold like straight from the fridge cold. Got dumplings instead of pot stickers that I ordered. Also super cold. Serving sizes super small.

Ordered 2 bowls and bao from here. Tons of water in our bowls with rice that’s is not even cooked. All of our food, including the Bao and pot stickers are cold as if they pulled em from the fridge. $40 down the drain…should’ve read the reviews first.

The proportions are absolutely EMBARRASSING for the price you pay. You'll maybe get two bites from their bowls, and their Bao were just okay. Small for the price but edible. They also got my order wrong.Overall they truely deserve their one star review. Don't spend your money here unless you're willing to be disappointed.

Avoid at all costs. If you must eat here, ONLY order bao.
