Absolutely incredible experience with these friends during our wedding! The food was amazing and they were very responsive when we had any questions or concerns!! Absolutely recommend a million times over!

Can I give 10 stars? You and I Caterers were phenomenal to work with! Blindly choosing a wedding caterer from the other side of the country was a crap shoot! No tastings, no known referrals. Just took a chance and wow were we pleased. Communication was clear and patient. This was a micro wedding and as MOB, I was wearing so many hats. I promised to meet them at 3 to greet them and make sure they had what they needed. Halfway through the wedding ceremony I realized I never met them! I got caught up in flower emergency and flat forgot. Went to the venue half expecting to find no one there and no food and everything was immaculate! Set up perfectly! Food was divine- the Antipasti was beautiful and the Smoked Gouda Arancini was delicious. But the main menu- Steak Medallions with Red Wine Demi Glace and Creamy Tuscan Chicken- EVERYONE raved about the food. I wish I could have had 2nd and 3rd helpings but I got too busy. It was that good! Tender and packed with flavor. The staff was charming, polite and forgiving to this stressed MOB. They went above and beyond what was asked of them. I probably will never host a wedding in CO Springs again, but if I were to host anything, You and I will be my first call. Unless you deliver to Atlanta??? :) Thank you again for being the best part of this reception.

They catered my wedding Jan 17th, 2025. From the first communication, to the tasting, to the day of the wedding was great!! Awesome section of food! Several of our guests commented on the delicious food. Very professional and nice company to work with!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with You and I catering for our wedding. We worked directly with Mellora. She was absolutely phenomenal, communication was very responsive, and overall the entire staff was very attentive to details. We had a few dietary changes that were necessary and they were able to make them without a blink of an eye. The food was WONDERFUL at the tasting and on the day of our wedding. For those unsure of the Salmon in a landlocked state (east coast girl here) it will not disappoint!! The Raspberry Chipotle sauce was a HUGE hit with all of our guests. We had zero complaints and would 100% recommend this company to any of our friends looking to cater future events.

You & I Caterers catered our wedding in April of 2024. From start to finish during the process they were amazing. Their menu options are diverse and all delicious. We had a tasting prior to finalizing our menu and they were so nice and accommodating for us. They even added an options for kids since we had several, our guests were very thankful to have chicken fingers and mac & cheese for their kids. On the wedding day all of our guests absolutely loved their food and were surprised with the great quality since sometimes wedding food is not the best. Mellora even brought us (the bride and groom) a plate made up of all our choices and checked on us several times to make sure we didn't need anything else. I would highly recommend this catering company for any event! You will not be disappointed.

They catered at my wedding at Creekside and it was absolutely perfect! All my guests were impressed with not only the tasty food but with their professional and friendly service! I truly felt like they went above and beyond to make sure we had a delicious meal! Highly recommend this place!

You and I Catering put together a beautiful buffet for our family's open house with only a very short notice. They customized the menu to fit our needs. The staff was courteous, on time and the presentation was beautiful. We highly recommend them.

You and I catered our wedding at Creekside Event Center and the food was fabulous. I loved every single thing we served. Everything from their appetizers to their salads, rolls, sides, and main dishes were delicious. They got 100% of the directives right, and even came and brought my husband a second plate and packed us up to go boxes to take to the hotel with us that night! The tasting experience was great as well. Would recommend to anyone! Lots of people told us how great the food was! The trip-tip and salmon was a fan favorite! The raspberry chipotle meatballs for an appetizer, whipped potatoes side, and the spinach salad are also great! The portions were also very good!

You & I Caterers made our wedding day so easy and stress free. Nebas and Melody were so helpful at every step! You & I Caterers allowed us to focus our time and energy on spending the most time with our wedding guest and not worry about the small details. The whole staff was professional, friendly, and energetic and made our backyard barn wedding feel authentic to who we are and how we wanted to celebrate. Our wedding guest are still raving about how delicious the food was – hand rolled enchiladas with green chili. I cannot recommend You & I Caterers enough for any event that you might have in the works!

Nebas and his amazing staff at You & I Caterers handled my daughter's wedding and to say everything went smoothly and according to plan is an understatement! They were not only professional and detailed, they went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt catered to and I heard nothing but rave reviews from everyone that evening. He kept reassuring me months before the wedding that everything would be fine and the only thing I had to focus on was my daughter! They didn't supply the cake but they took care of that detail, as well, and stayed afterwards late into the evening to make sure everything was cleaned and in order. I cannot thank them enough! Not to mention the food was 5-star quality!!!

You and I Caterers recently catered a very special event for Opera Theatre of the Rockies on the retirement of our founder so we wanted it to be a special night. And it was. Both Nebas and Melody are great to plan and work with. The food, servers, food presentation, service, all were great. I would enthusiastically recommend You and I Caterers to others.

They made my wedding planning process super easy, they have great customer service, and the food is excellent! Our wedding guests repeatedly mentioned to us that they enjoyed the food!
