Second Review after over 6 months. I recently ordered Pork-Belly Kare-Kare, Teriyaki Chicken, Grilled Pork Belly ( Inihaw). Also tried their Chocobutternut donuts, Buko
Pandan. All are very yummy! I took some photos, but it’s posted separate from my review. I think I need a computer to be able to add the photos with my review. We ordered the Sizzling Kare-kare (pork belly) with bagoong, and it was amazing—rich, flavorful, and tasted very authentic.

One small suggestion is for the tortang talong, it would be better to use a smaller eggplant (Chinese or Philippine eggplant). The one I ordered was very thick, to the point that even a spoon couldn’t easily slice through it and It would also be better if beaten eggs were used instead of batter.
