Dirty, run down, and the prices are SOOO overpriced for the little amount that you actually get. The person working just stared at us & seemed bothered that we were there. Save your money & go somewhere else!!

Perfect place to get a cold sweet treat after the park. Clean and welcoming.

I went to get yogurt from here and it was so filthy. I only went here because my normal spot was closed. I couldn’t believe how dirty and run down it was, so I just left. No way I could get anything to eat from a place like this. The place was empty, but there was yogurt spilled on the floor under all the dispensers, none of the dispensers had been wiped down, the topping station looked so disgusting…it was simply gross to say the least. There’s no way this place would pass a health inspection.

Some of the yogurt was really bad but not a terrible experience

One and done. We decided to try something new. Kind of dirty. $ 40 dollars for 4 smaller sized watery yogurts. The toppings were stale. Not to mention that the worker was not friendly. I think I’ll stick with Lulu’s from now on.

Worst Yo-Yogurt I’ve ever been to!! Went there on Weightless Wednesday, which is a lie there, charge me almost $30 for a single ice cream which tasted very mediocre. Karen employees also were very useless like, you could find better service in a graveyard. If you like Yo-Yogurt, go to this address instead:

5885 Stetson Hills Blvd #120, Colorado Springs, CO 80923

WAY BETTER SERVICE, FROZEN YOGURT TASTES AMAZING, AND ACTUALLY ARE TRUTHFUL ABOUT WEIGHTLESS WEDNESDAY.

Go to the one on Stetson Hill not Union

Took a group of 5. All 5 people ended up with ROTTEN SOUR YOGURT. When we went back to complain, we were met with, " oh it was bad huh?" So they KNEW they were serving expired rotten product. DO NOT GO HERE U WILL GET

obviously this location does not do any type A of food inspections or check-up list on their food because they're vanilla frozen yogurt was bad and we walked in the store after realizing that to get a refund or replacement and he immediately without anyone saying anything said "it was bad wasn't it" so I highly suggest not eating here if you don't want to get sick

The frozen yogurt here tastes rancid… I know yogurt is supposed to be sour, but it’s not just sour, it tastes rancid. The Italian style tart was… pinkish and strange looking. Very disappointed… none of the flavors tasted like they were supposed to. The Stetson hills YoYogurt location is infinitely better.

Yogurt tasted like sour milk. Couldn’t complain to an employee since nobody was in sight, so I just threw it away and took the loss

The “yogurt” is not that frozen, not creamy and tasted weird and chemically. The vanilla was very yellow and watery. The toppings looked old (you know that white color chocolate gets when it’s old) and it didn’t feel clean or taken care of. I would not recommend at all. Go ANYWHERE else. The pictures are a lie.

Ehh, there was not much fruit and when I asked if there was any strawberries she seemed unwilling to replace the empty container . My one year old right after we sat down accidentally dropped my entire cup of fro-to ( frozen yogurt is expensive) the employee watched, brought paper towels after I cleaned it up, said “oh no” … i understand that it was not her fault but if it was my business after watching someone lose an entire cup of fro-yo after we literally just sat down I would allow them to refill, but maybe that’s just me… I’ve seen this happened a few time at other places where a kid drops there cone and they let them replace it. Sadly just as we left my son dropped his on the way to the car ??? kids am I right.
