Highly recommend not going to this location for your yogurt I’ve been going to YoYogurt since I was a kid and wow what a change from how it use to taste, went to this location today expecting to eat some delicious yogurt and we tasted nothing but carbonation and spoiled milk and at first maybe we thought we were going crazy but as I’m reading the reviews we aren’t the only ones it’s a bit sad that this is continuous problem and they won’t do anything about it and on top of that it’s very overpriced! Hope to see a change one day

Arrived here at 11:15 am on a Wednesday. The sign says open at 11am. The door was locked and the lights were off.

Staff are always the sweetest! Always playing the cutest Disney songs and this is my favorite location because of the toppings. My husband and I sometimes come in right before closing and they never seem inconvenienced like some places do. Ive always had a great experience here.

I live near by and have been really wanting to come here with my friends finally went today and was extremely disappointed in everything to be honest. The yogurt tasted kinda carbonated and like spoiled milk it was really weird, I have been to plenty fro - yo and this place just didn’t hit that fro - yo mark or experience especially when your paying $10-$15 per bowl.. anyways I hope you find this helpful and I hope they get better soon

Customer service — not exactly warm or friendly. Exorbitant prices. Will not go back. Strongly recommend others don’t waste their time or money either.

We went there the other day, and the person who helped us was not very nice and kind of rude. I was also super expensive.

Good but so so expensive. Not worth it!

I would give this place 0 star if I could, food tasted spoil but they refuse to replace or even refund us. Extremely poor customer service. I would never come back to this place or recommend it to anyone. In addition to that, 3 of us got sick from it. Horrible experience

Great nobody was there but my friend and I when we went. The yogurt was so fresh and I love the toppings.

Can’t begin to share how kind the young man behind the counter was. I didn’t catch his name, and should have. He asked about my weekend, helped with questions about toppings, and was genuinely happy for us when I told him we’re over at the hospital anticipating the birth of our son. What a good kid. Maturity and kindness that is next level.

My brother and planned to come here on a Wednesday specifically for the $5.50 for a 16 oz yogurt deal, but found out that at this location you have to ask at the register: the spotted 16 oz cup does not mean $5.50 yougurt here. Dont forget get to ask when you visit-otherwise a great Colorado Springs classic.

Super friendly and helpful. Kids loved the yogurt and the selection of toppings.

Felt ridiculed over 3 small cups of yogurt as the worker asked to see my ID when handing her my credit card. She then proceeded to say I needed to sign the receipt due to the purchase being over 20 dollars. There were also not many flavors available at all and some of the toppings were odd. There were some peanut butter cups that I had added to one of the yogurt cups and they turned out to not even be peanut butter. They were some weird peanut butter cup shaped dark chocolates that were not good.
