Ziggi's Coffee

Ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato was given the drink hot. Barista tried to argue that they could not remake drink as manager was not in for the day. She also tried to blame my husband for ordering the drink wrong when it’s CLEARLY labeled Iced. Loved Ziggi’s but lately their staff have become rude and the service has been hit or miss. Will not be back!

A great bunch of girls have worked here over the last year. The manager is a doll baby and so fabulous. She really runs a good good shop, and the new Miss Lily so damn sweet, this has been my fav location, def being ran right ! They always have the best cheese danish and make my drink on par! Thanks girls! See you soon soon:)

Super cute local coffee shop, I love the atmosphere inside and the service is very friendly. This location has a lovely little grassy park right outside with some benches, great mountain views with coffee! They have lots of choices and extra options so they should have something for everyone.

Look at the 1 star reviews, you'll understand. The barista was upset that I pulled too far forward on the drive-thru and felt she needed to gossip about it in front of everyone to hear while glaring at me, that's rude and childish. Her having a bad day doesn't mean it's ok to ruin others, it's unfortunate as I really liked the coffee here. All good though my friends and family will never come back here.

Note to Management: Please tell the person on speaker to shush while we are placing an order. Nothing is more irritating than having everything said repeated back a millisecond later. We haven't had our coffee on this side yet but she sounds like she's had 15 espresso shots. Let us think, order, finish and then you can repeat back for verification. And then, for the love of God, get the order right.

This location has really gone downhill. For the prices charged I should not have to correct what's being handed to me at the window when I just ordered it at the speaker menu. Please remind your employees that customers pay their wages so they should stop screwing around and get orders right.

I live nearby and most times when I come to this location the mood is always…. Unwelcoming. I never get greeted when I come into the door, little to no smiles, it just seems like they all are very dismissive. 3 stars because the drink’s are always great but I wish the atmosphere matched that.

°Grabbed a FIRESIDE hot latte w/ oat milk and a BACON BURRITO.
°Let me start w/ the staff being Exceptional 5☆! Friendly and helpful for my first visit.✅️
°Now, when I got the coffee I loved the little hot bean on top.✅️
1) The oatmilk instantly stood out to me though w/ being very textured and not smooth at all w/ a not great after-taste.🚩
2) The burrito was not fresh and was frozen/warmed up, which is disappointment for me as well. The egg inside is also instant eggs, more mush consistency.🚩 The salsa, was however quite tasty and made the flavor a little better.✅️
3) Coffee is my life, and when I find a place I love, they're my local go-to for years! That's why I'm critical of all shops w/ my 💯 opinion. This is why the review = 3 for me.

Went here for morning coffee only. Appreciated they have coconut milk as option for cream. Coffee was incredibly watered down and not great quality. Staff were very nice and friendly.

My new favorite place for coffee! Staff was so friendly and nice and they have very cozy indoor seating too! Coffee tasted great:)
