Guy at the drive-thru was friendly and spoke to us the whole time we waited for our order. The caramel macchiato was delicious and made perfectly. My son ordered the cosmic blast and gave him the energy he needed for our long drive home.

$12 for a 16 oz latte and a frozen spicy burrito that was microwaved. 1st and last time I spend my money at this establishment.

Went to this store on 11/16/2023 and waited at register for around 8-10min. I was the only one at register and no employee acknowledged me. There was a line for the drive through and employees kept waiting on orders even though i was in line in the store before the drive-through customers were even in line or ordered. I ended up having to leave because I could not get anyone to take more order let alone acknowledge I had been waiting for 8-10 min. I love their Java chip smoothie and it is my favorite! However, the fact I am a regular customer and was ignored to the point i had no choice but to leave which is not good way to treat a customer. I always tipped every time I came in and engaged every employee politely. Ziggy’s always has good drinks but will be not coming back because the treatment received today. Its not fun when your ignored and shut out from a place enjoyed so much.

Went through the drive-through. My daughter had the Iced Matcha Latte with vanilla added. I had the Renegade Rush energy infusion.The Matcha was lumpy and tasted like grass. Not like any matcha I've had before.The Renagade Rush tasted like a cup of cough syrup.At $6 per drink. Yuck!
Ziggi’s is always good! I love their cold brew coffee. I get mine with almond milk and maybe a flavor shot if I’m feeling spicy (toasted marshmallow and butter pecan are my favs). They have good breakfast items, like a bacon breakfast burrito. You can get it with or without salsa. Great service, always quick and courteous. Price-wise it’s equivalent to Starbucks, and I think it’s worth the quality. Thanks Ziggi’s for great coffee!

Enjoyed a Caramel Latte at Ziggi's. Met some friends here and enjoyed the comfortable dining / sitting area. Good Wi-Fi for for guests. Great selection of coffee and teas. I will be back.
