Ordered 2 Pick 2s. Sandwiches on both were skimpy on fillings, and the broccoli and cheese soup didn't have anything resembling actual broccoli. Charging extra for crackers or bread at a soup establishment is ridiculous. For $30+ very disappointing

I went to this location for the first time today and placed a pick up order for a Lobster bisque. It came and the broth was almost transparent because of how watery it was. I have gotten lobster bisque from Zoup many times and know that the broth is way thicker so I don’t know what was wrong with it. On top of that, they didn’t give me my bread to go with it. Because I discovered this when I got home, I decided to call the store to bring up my concern and the girl who was on the phone was beyond rude. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Rude staff, lobster bisque was completely watered down and gross and they didn’t give us the bread we paid for. When we called the girl on the phone was very rude and didn’t care and just said that’s how the soup was today. This use to be one of my favorite places to eat but the Colorado Springs location has been very disappointing. If your going to eat here please check your bag before driving home to see if they missed something.

The cheese on the grilled cheese wasn't even melted. The soup was just ok (tomato bisque). I was really hoping to get a good grilled cheese and tomato soup but was very disappointed. There was a new guy and he was still training so I cant say too much about the service.

Waited… and waited …. Gave up after 25 mins of the line not moving. Was hard to figure out why there was no movement in the line…would have liked to try the food.

Today was my first time at Zoup, and I don’t think I will ever be back. The food was mediocre. It took me 35 min to get my food from the time I ordered which was frustrating. There were only 3 people working, and everything seemed very disorganized. There were sandwiches all over the counter that were just sitting there. I got two of the pick two meals and it was $27 which is so much for the small portion you get. My grilled cheese wasn’t even grilled. The cheese inside was not melted at all. Overall very disappointing experience.
We stopped at Zoup while charging our EV. It exceeded our expectations, we only wanted a quick bite but healthier. Being a vegetarian finding so many options is rare. The food was so delicious and staff were great. Must try: Flat Bread with tomato peso and Squash curry soup!
