I really enjoyed the horchata de cocoThe food was delicious. We had the quesabirria. The service was good. I feel they could of been better. With napkins right away. We were eating our food and the consume is so messy we needed napkins but she didn't bring them until we asked for them. The straws the lady brought us had holes in them, we had to flip them upside-down to work which was kinda inconvenient. But we worked with what we had. They did give my daughter a free flan with a fire work lit up out of it. That was a big surprise. We chose this place to eat for her birthday. The gentleman was very nice. He made the whole experience much more better coming to greet us and asking how everything was. I will definitely return but would enjoy their little faults to be fixed. ?

Food was amazing. Fish and shrimp tacos were great! Definitely a place to visit on my next visit.

I have been eating at La Güera’s for 8 years now. They have never let me down. The menudo is one of the best in Colorado. The red chilaquiles are my favorite. With so many “Mexican” restaurants around the vicinity it is very difficult to chose but La Güera’s gets my vote for best AUTHENTIC Mexican food.

Ps. Ask for the salsa Quemada with your meal. Spice and flavor are amazing.
