Why is the drive through an automated system? I tried to substitute crisscut fries in my combo meal and the idiot robot added an extra small regular fries for no reason and didn't change my combo meal fries. I also asked for a Powerade and it gave me a sprite. Stop being cheap and hire a drive thru worker that can actually take my order.

The bathrooms at this place where nasty, all dirty, no one ever cleans them, they are horrible and the smell omg!!!

We waited close to 20 mins before getting our food. Our drink was incorrect, told staff member, waited another 5m before alerting staff that we just needed our drink to leave. During our waits we can see both staff members on their phones.
