Carl's Jr. in Commerce City offers a generally positive fast food experience. Customers appreciate the quick and smooth online ordering process, with accurate orders and food arriving hot and fresh. The burgers are juicy, and the fries are well-liked, reflecting good quality. Staff members like Alex, Alba, and Larry are noted for their friendly and helpful service, making customers feel valued and cared for. The evening manager is especially praised for her friendliness and willingness to help customers use the app and secure the best deals, which encourages repeat visits.
Drive-through service is available, and although there was an issue with undercooked chicken sandwich, the staff quickly remade the order and offered a small gesture of apology, demonstrating good customer service. Some customers prefer traditional ordering over AI-driven systems, which they find frustrating, but overall, the food quality meets expectations for fast food. The restaurant is clean, with a pleasant atmosphere and not too loud music, contributing to an enjoyable visit. Despite being in an unexpected location, the restaurant provides a satisfying experience, with friendly staff and good food making it a place worth visiting.
