I absolutely love the manager and staff at this location! They are always so kind and make my drinks to perfection!
I want to take a moment to give a shoutout to Louder (manager) and Sophie. This morning, I was cut off in the drive-thru, and my order ended up in someone else’s hands. I’m not sure how that interaction went, but the way they handled the situation was outstanding. They made it right and truly went above and beyond. Thank you both for your professionalism and for providing such great customer service!

Dunkin' is a restaurant that has a new team and things have turned around, offering good service and an east coast vibe. The staff can be very kind, fast, patient, and friendly, with great service and food that is fast and hot. The coffee and food quality is great, with a perfect iced vanilla latte. However, there are also inconsistent experiences, with some staff being unpleasant and rude, and orders sometimes being incorrect. A common complaint is that they frequently sell out of donuts very early in the day, even though they are open until much later. Many consider it the best location in the Denver metro area and say you won't be disappointed, while others have had poor service and will not return.
