I frequent this location and love the sandwiches. This particular visit fell a little short with the food quality; the bread was super hard and stiff almost burnt. I called and spoke with Mason and he remembered me and was very polite, professional and hospitable. He apologized and offered to make a new sandwich. When I arrived he greeted me with a smile and was again very professional and apologized. The remade sandwich was made very promptly. Mason, hats off to your problem...

There’s literally nothing wrong with this JJ. Why so many Karens leaving bad reviews? It’s fast food and better run than 80% of the fast food chains in the area. They deserve more 5 stars to correctly put them above their competitors.
