Toby is a great owner. They have some of the best consistency of any Santiago’s that I’ve had. It is a good staff and their stand alone is a beautiful building. While I prefer their breakfast you can get a lot of solid food for fair prices.
Santiagos will and always be one of my favorite places for green chili. If not from Colorado this is what I would call a Coloradoan Mexican food menu. The kids that work here are kind and work hard.
Relatively decent location, but for the size of it you think they do a little better on indoor seating. I thought that was the plan when moving to this location?. My only complaint is be the price is probably doubled or more than the competitor right next-door.
