Tacos La Encantada is a fantastic food truck in a parking lot, offering absolutely delicious food. Every single choice on the menu is a good one. The corn tortillas are made fresh, and the meats—like al pastor, carne asada, and lengua—are perfectly cut, seasoned, and seared. A normal order comes with grilled jalapeño, grilled onions, radish, cucumber, and lime. The customer service is great, with super friendly people. It’s a great spot for lunch, with very reasonably priced bottles drinks and tacos that are hard to beat. The food is made with care and it shows.
