It was dinner time, so i gave them 30 minutes before I left to pick it up my order. Email said it would be ready in 16 to 21 min. My food wasn't ready when I got there. I waited an additional 40 minutes after I went in. I was told it's it really busy and it was coming up. About 25 people got their food while I waited. Finally the manager had to get involved to correct the problem because someone behind the counter messed up. All that trouble for 20 wings.
This place was super friendly and accommodating. There was a little bit of a wait but was understandable as the place was super busy. The food came out hot juicy and cooked to perfection. They did forget carrots and celery but when we mentioned it to Carlos he hooked it up with double the carrots, celery and an extra order of fries. These guys were super super busy and killed it. We will definitively be back. Thanks Carlos

This Wingstop normally knocks it out of the park but today half my boneless Wings were cold. What's the point of offering an app to order fresh wings to pick up if you're going to sauce old cold chicken nuggets? None of the sodas I tried to order worked, and that machine also needs to be cleaned.And being just shy of 20 dollars for 10 chicken nuggets, a ranch and a large drink feels like a gouge. I'll be taking a long break from Wingstop for now.
